Base wine produced from rigorously selected grapes harvested in the ideal maturation stage for production of a sparkling wine. Fermentation at controlled temperature, carried out in French oak barrels. Stage sore fine rubs for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method, followed by stage on sludge and intermediate batonnages during 5 years, in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery. Contains sulfites.

Marquês de Marialva Blanc de Blancs White
Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static settling. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Foaming by the classical method. Minimum of 9 months in basement and 1 month after degorgement. Citrus color, with a defined and persistent bubble. Young aroma with nuances of toast and dried fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh, crunchy mousse and good persistence. Contains sulfites.
Filipa Pato 3B Blanc de Blancs White
The grapes after being harvested by hand are gently pressed in a vacuum press. After a slight decantation, the must fermented with native yeasts in a 650-liter hull and stainless steel tanks at below 16ºC. The 3B (Baga and Bical from an Atlantic region started by B ...) was born from the desire to create a traditional method, aromatic, refreshing, honest and elegant based on the native grapes of vines that respect the farming tradition of the region. Água Viva Bruto White
Vinified according to the traditional method, the second fermentation took place in a bottle with free yeast, and aged on fine lees, in the Quinta de Baixo cellar, for 36 months. Open citrus color, shows a fine and persistent blister. Fresh and complex aroma, with citrus notes expressing the Bairrada terroir. Fresh in the mouth, with a strong acidity and a long finish. A very gastronomic sparkling wine! Contains sulfites.
