The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards at the Quinta which is 550 meters above sea level, facing north, with a mixture of various traditional Douro grape varieties. Fermentation started in a mill with foot treading and ended malolactic fermentation in used 500-liter barrels, where it aged for 19 months. This wine proves to be an intense fruit, with spices and a lot of "finesse". It is a very complex wine, but even cool and elegant weather. Contains sulfites.

The nobility of the Touriga Franca grape variety, selected from the Quinta's older vineyards, combined with soil and micro-climate, has given this wine personality and unique character. This quality wine is not filtered or stabilized by the cold, so it is recommended to serve with care as it can create a deposit. 100% destemming. Vinified in stainless steel tank with temperature control. Stage of 4 months in used barrels of French oak and 6 months in bottle. Deep ruby color, ripe fruit aroma, floral notes to caste. This wine that comes from the south of the Douro border, granite soils, mixes several white and red varieties. Hand-picked grapes for small boxes, perfectly matured. The bunches were placed whole in a stainless steel tank. The fermentation began within the grapes, and only then the masses were pressed and the fermentation finished. Most of the wine staged in the stainless steel tank, only 20% was staged for 10 months in used barrels. Aroma of forest fruits, silk tannins, lively acidity that surprises and brings a lot of freshness and vibration. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then stepped on foot in granite presses, without destemming and without adding yeast. As soon as the alcoholic fermentation ends, the wine is transferred to stainless steel vats. Aging for 10 months in stainless steel vats. It has an aroma with very ripe strawberries and cherries, fresh leaves, aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth it shows good definition and well-focused acidity, concentrated body, fine tannins and long finish. Grapes harvested by hand for small boxes. Partial destemming, followed by crushing and pumping into stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled fermentation, mild reassembly, maceration after one week. Malo-lactic fermentation in vat. Aging for 20 months in French oak barrels (50% new). It is defined as a classic Douro, with great seduction, very precise aroma definition, a unique natural freshness, silky texture, great balance and contained sumptuousness. Contains Sulfites.

Wine from the areas of Cotas and Douro Ervedosa do Douro, aged between 30 and 60 years, planted on terraces and wide terraces, above 400 meters. Bright garnet color, high aromas of red and blue fruit tones, tinged with wet stone and violets. Exuberant on the palate, but with brilliant acidity to balance cherry and pomegranate red fruits, white pepper, slate and herbal aromas overlaying the fruit core in a juicy, fresh finish.
