Listrão dos Profetas Vinho da Corda White is a wine that revives the ancient tradition of "cord wine" on the island of Porto Santo. This historical method, which exploits the full maturation of coastal grapes, gives life to a wine with a golden yellow color, with intense aromas reminiscent of Madeira and Jerez wine, enriched by ferric and iodized notes.
Originating from low-growing vineyards over 80 years old, this unique wine ferments and matures in old barrels for 18 months, achieving exceptional concentration and persistence on the palate. Torre de Palma Arinto Alvarinho White
The grapes were harvested manually and transported in small boxes to the cellar where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3°C for 24 hours. They were then selected and gently pressed. The must was cold decanted (10°C) and then fermented in used French oak barrels from Burgundy. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in the same barrels with battonage and sur lie. Crystalline wine with green tones, complex and elegant aroma with notes of green apple, lime and wet stone. Flavor rich in fruit, dry and mineral. Excellent acidity.
Soito Reserva Alfrocheiro Magnum Red
The winemaking is classic in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation is controlled up to 26ºC for 9 days. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months. Clear appearance, strong red color with hints of garnet, reveals a deep and elegant aroma of very ripe red fruits, where the notes of plum, blueberry and cherry stand out combined with soft expressions of fine vanilla, spices and dried fruits, married with a light fragrance. balsamic and faint breath of pine forest. In the mouth it shows outstanding complexity, it is round and harmonious, with good structure and balance of well integrated tannins, promising a good aging potential. It reveals a long persistence and an exquisite bouquet, showing the character of its terroir and the personality of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.
Herdade da Calada Syrah Red
Manual harvest. Cold maceration, followed by carbonic maceration for 22 days. 12 months of aging in new French oak barrels. It is a bright ruby red wine, with an opulent aroma of red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, has a medium body, fresh and with a vibrant structure of ripe tannins, silky and elegant finish. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Piloto Collection Touriga Nacional gives you to taste the most noble of Portuguese grape varieties, which it transmits to wine, elaborated by the traditional methods of the Quinta and by an ancient knowledge, floral and vanilla notes, making it unique, soft and balanced. Its fermentation also took place in mills with temperature control and automatic treading. It aged for about 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Intense ruby color, floral aroma and some vanilla. Soft, round and balanced. Contains sulfites.
