Chryseia 2021 Red
Chryseia 2021 was produced from a rigorous selection of grapes from Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz, properties of Prats & Symington. As in all previous editions of Chryseia, there was also the usual contribution from Roriz's neighboring vineyard, Quinta da Vila Velha, privately owned by Rupert Symington. It symbolizes the union of the noble Portuguese wine heritage with the no less rich Bordeaux oenological tradition.
Martha’s Vinha do Legado Reserve 3L Red
Deep violet red color. On the nose, very fresh and intense with hints of black berries, well combined with light floral notes that give it elegance. The subtle notes of wood, tuning and add complexity to its aroma. Wine well structured in the mouth, with firm tannins, well wrapped by the fruit and smooth texture. Persistent and elegant finish.

Grapes harvested by hand for small boxes. Partial destemming, followed by crushing and pumping into stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled fermentation, mild reassembly, maceration after one week. Malo-lactic fermentation in vat. Aging for 22 months in new French oak barrels. With a light profile, fragrant aroma and magnificent patine and texture, the Unique Red Concept has opened a new frontier on what can be expected from a Douro red. Contains Sulfites.
