Fermented wine with partial destemming at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC) when the wort reaches the desired sweetness value, the fermentation is interrupted by the addition of aguardente (77%), later staggered in oak wood, in the warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia until bottled, between the 2nd and 3rd year, after being approved. Deep red color, in the nose exalts the aromas of black fruit of the forest, with touches of violet and nuances of black pepper. On the palate there is an explosion of ripe fruit combined with a high freshness, with very good tannins that give it immense life and prolongation of the mouth, a characteristic that increases its potential for aging, although it can be consumed already. Manual harvest. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing, fermentation in small stainless steel vats, with fermentation at 24 ºC. Controlled macerations in order to obtain elegant and smooth wines. Partial stage for a short period of 3 months in American and French oak. Aromas of red fruits and spices reveal a gentle maceration in order to preserve the typical notes of the grape varieties and make the wine ready to be drunk after bottling. Very typical aromas of Douro grape varieties, sweet notes of rockrose, flowers, blackberries and spices contribute to its aromatic complexity, in the mouth it is very smooth, with balanced acidity, very fine tannins. Castello D’Alba Reserva Red
Manual harvesting, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately, the grapes are fermented by grape varieties and batches, so that from a very early age a rigorous selection can be made that will later give rise to the “blend”, very traditional from the old world, reveals the art of selecting grapes by parcels and the art of selecting wines for blending. Fermentation takes place in small capacity stainless steel vats, with temperatures around 28 ºC. Smooth and controlled macerations in order to obtain elegant and aromatic wines. Part of the lot is aged for a period of 12 months in predominantly French oak, with a small percentage of American wood. Intense aroma of great complexity, aromas of forest fruits and cistus from Touriga Franca, spices and red fruits from Tinta Roriz and very fresh and elegant violet floral notes from Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is sweet and enveloping, with very smooth noble tannins, long and warm finish. Contains Sulfites.
Crochet Red
Crochet is a four-handed wine that faithfully translates the colossal and untamed spirit of the Douro. A wine made by two friends, Susana Esteban and Sandra Tavares da Silva, winemakers who share not only a relationship of deep friendship but a common passion for wine and a sensitivity and visions similar to what the Douro can and can offer. Two winemakers who joined efforts to produce this Douro wine that brings together the feeling and the common experience of many harvests together and separated. Manual fermentation in 15 kg boxes with strict selection at the entrance of the cellar. Vinification in stainless steel with post fermentation maceration. Stage of 18 months in French oak barrels 40% new and 60% second year. Red color retinta. Fruity but compact, almost monolithic, it alternates between the delicacy of the fruit and an intensely mineral profile surprising for the softness of the tannins, the aromatic depth and the vehemence of the structure. Tense and serious, it is a rigorous and well-educated red that presents itself fine and elegant. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta de Chocapalha Red
The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was done in mills, with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, during 10 days, with the use of robot to step. The wine aged for 18 months in second and third use French oak barrels. Deep color of violet tonally, with good concentration in the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruit and spices combined with floral notes. In the mouth it looks elegant and fresh, with an excellent tannins-acidity combination, and a long, smooth and elegant finish.

Carm Grande Reserva Red
Total destemming, gentle crushing and thermal shock, followed by a period of cold pre-fermentative maceration in the mill for about 12 to 24 hours. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally, part of the wine carried out this fermentation in wood. On the nose, very fresh and intense where the notes of wild fruits and black cherries predominate in balance with seductive “nuances of Liquorice”, the aroma being complexed by the notes of wood. In the mouth it is concentrated, warm, with firm tannins and smooth texture, a very intense and persistent finish showing the strength of Douro Superior wines. Contains sulfites.
Carm Red
Total destemming, soft crushing and thermal shock, followed by a period of cold pre-fermentative maceration in the mill for about 12 to 24 hours, after which the masses were transferred to large and low fermentation vats. Maceration for 8 days at 22ºC. In the nose very fresh and elegant with notes of wild fruits and black cherries in balance with seductive nuances of "liquorice", the aroma being complexed by the discreet notes of wood. In the mouth it is hot, showing firm tannins with a smooth texture and a very persistent finish. This wine accompanies meat dishes, cheeses and, in general, Mediterranean cuisine. Contains sulfites.

The fermentation took place in stainless steel mills, of small dimensions with temperature control in order to preserve all the aromatic elegance. After fermentation, it aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. The intense garnet color combines with a seductive aromatic profile, with delicious notes of ripe fruit, homemade jams, subtly married with a delicious aroma of vanilla and spices. In the mouth it is powerful and intense. Robust tannins and well blended acidity finishes with long and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.

Dust tries to be a balanced and elegant wine. In general the wines of the Douro are supported in the tannin, but the Dust is sustained in the acidity. A very drinkable and appetizing wine when new but at the same time has the capacity to evolve. Aroma of enormous fineness and elegance with notes of violet, bergamot and plum. A veritable explosion of flavors appears in the mouth, with sweet and attractive fruit followed by citrus impressions that balance this wine and give it length of evidence. The beautiful golden color is a good indication of the age of this Tawny. With a great wealth and aromatic complexity, namely almonds and spices, the 20 year old has a seductive liqueur texture. Quinta de la Rosa 10 Anos Tawny
Every year a small number of our best ports - of LBV quality and above - are stored in oak barrels. With an average age of 10 years, it is from the mixture of these stocks that the Quinta de la Rosa Tawny 10 Years (or Tonel 12) is born. At Quinta de La Rosa, Port wines are stored and bottled in the Douro and not in Vila Nova de Gaia, as is the case in most Houses, allowing a singular trait from picking the grape to the bottle wine. It is a rich and elegant mix with wonderful aromas that exude from the Douro. The palate is complex; reveals aromas of nuts, figs, honey and almonds and a nice and pleasant length. The wines of the Port of Quinta de la Rosa follow the traditional style: fermented with foot steps in granite wineries and stagiados in old barrels and barrels (oak barrels of 550 liters) of old wood. Quinta do Vallado Superior Red
Each portion was vinified separately in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature and scheduled reassembly. This wine aged for 16 months in used French oak barrels. A surprising wine, bright in color, with great aromatic intensity. Exuberant and mysterious, it combines the floral aromas typical of the Touriga Nacional with traces of exotic fruit. Tannins of great quality, intense but silky. It produces an end of bocafresco and citric, associated with the presence of wild fruits. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Vallado Magnum Red
About 80% of the grapes come from vines planted in the 1990s and 20% from old vines aged between 60 and 100 years. The grapes were vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity, fully destemmed. The must fermented for about a week at 23º - 25º C, with programmed automatic pumping over. About 90% of the wine was aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats and the remainder in 3rd and 4th year French oak barrels of 225 lt. Concentrated aroma, highlighting the ripe red fruits, rock rose and violet. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent ending. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Vallado DOC Red
The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity and a small part in mills. The must fermented for about a week at 23º - 25º C, with automatic reassembly programmed. Approximately 75% of the wine aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats and the remainder in 225 lt French oak barrels of the 3rd and 4th year. Concentrated aroma, highlighting the ripe red fruits, rockrose and violet. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Auburn in color, this Port has a great fragrance of aroma, still showing some claw, with character and persistent sensation of aromas tending towards spices. It shows the complexity in the mouth that only aging in barrels provides, fresh and balanced. Excellent finish, showing that it is a very versatile Tawny. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC. Aging in new French oak casks for 14 months. A beautiful wine with aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as a freshness given by wild aromas. On the palate it shows good acidity, with well present but ripe tannins, polished and well harmonized with the toast provided by the wooden stage. Ends long and with a slight and bitter seductive. Portal 30 Anos Tawny
Manual harvest and then transported in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation. Maceration with an approximate temperature. 28-30ºC. Aging in old wooden casks until bottling. Deep auburn in color but with concentration, this Port has a great aroma fragrance with dominance of nuts, figs and spices. Full and silky with great balsamic complexity. Excellent and bold finish worthy of a great wine that was in no hurry to age! Contains sulfites.
Portal 40 Anos Tawny
Manual harvest and then transported in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation. Maceration with an approximate temperature. 28-30ºC. Aging in old wooden casks until bottling. Amber in color with a strong greenish olive nuance, this Port has an excellent aroma of dried fruits like almond and spices. Full and very complex, reminiscent of honey and dried fruits again. Excellent and conventual aftertaste that conveys a little of the grandeur that is the Douro. Contains sulfites.
