Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming and slight crushing of the berries. The grapes were fermented in granite vats with foot treading, stainless steel vats and new 500l French oak barrels. Each of these types of fermentation gives the wine a particular style. After aging for 19 months in barrels, we form the batch and carry out a light gluing prior to bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Deep ruby color, aroma Intense, complex and deep, developing in layers. Red fruits, bushy notes and spices. Soft attack, full-bodied, burst of fruit. It shows all its splendor in the mouth. Excellent texture, present but very fine tannins. Very long finish. Very gastronomic profile. Contains sulfites.
Maria Izabel Red
The harvested grapes rested for 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8º C in order to protect the integrity of the bunches. Followed by selection on a mat of choice, 30% were introduced into the vat with crushing and 70% in whole bunches, which allowed the extraction of color and aroma compounds more smoothly during 3 weeks of alcoholic fermentation totally in stainless steel vats, having completed the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. It was then aged for 75% in used 4-year-old barrels of 400L and 225L of French oak, where it remained for 12 months, with the remaining part of the batch aged in stainless steel vats. of wild fruits, in a typical Douro region with a fine cut, slightly spicy and fresh. In the mouth it is seductive, with rusticity conferred by the stems of the grapes, combined with a good minerality. Long, thin and vibrant profile. Contains sulfites.
Costa Boal Superior Red
Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Vesuvio Vintage 2019 Ruby
Typical aromas of blackcurrant and rosemary with notes of fennel, whose fragrance is often carried by the breeze in the vineyards of Vesuvius. In the mouth, the wine provides rich black fruit flavors, opulent and silky, yet with substantial volume and powerful structure. Very polished tannins provide a long and luxurious aftertaste. After the selection of the grapes in the vineyards of our associates, the harvest takes place. In the cellar they are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed, followed by a light skin maceration in order to extract all the aromatic compounds from the film. Subsequently, the grapes are pressed with oxidation protections from which the tear must is extracted which, after static clarification, starts the fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (15/16º) and is then transferred to French oak barrels where the fermentation ends and remains internship for another 6 months. Wine with a crystalline appearance, defined salmon color, fruity aroma with notes of wild red fruits wrapped in floral notes. Quinta do Vallado Três Melros Red
The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity and a small part in mills. The must fermented for about a week at 23º-25ºC, with programmed automatic reassembly. Approximately 45% of the wine aged for 16 months in 225 liter French oak barrels; the rest of the wine aged in stainless steel vats during the same period. Concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak and red fruits. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

Sandeman Vintage 2018 Ruby
Deep, almost opaque color. Aroma of excellent complexity, with notes of spices, adding curry, pepper, ginger, red fruits and black fruits. The wine has a light touch of cocoa with a slightly stony finish, the result of good maturation. Its pink color results from the direct pressing of red grapes at a precise point of maturation. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for three weeks.
