This wine is fermented in stainless steel vats for 7 days, where malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, 12% in new barrels. Cedal do Noval Tinto has a dense and opulent red color. The bouquet reveals an aroma of spices, followed by flavors of chocolate and black plum. A firm acidity on the palate. Maria Mansa Red
It is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25-27ºC with grapes previously selected and destemmed to 100%. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out in stainless steel. It is aged for 10 months in French oak casks of different ages. Maria Mansa wine always combines freshness with fruity characteristics originating from the excellent grapes and contemporary winemaking used, which extracts the unique character of the Duriense terroir and its traditional grape varieties. Offley Boa Vista Vintage 2011 Ruby
After gentle crushing with partial destemming, a very intense maceration was followed during the period of alcoholic fermentation, with which it was intended to obtain the highest possible extraction of the quality constituents in the films. This maceration is obtained through the steps of traditional granite winches, with controlled temperature at about 28ºC. During this phase not only a strict control of the fermentation temperatures, but also of the density was chosen, thus choosing the ideal moment for the addition of the neutral wine spirit necessary for the stop of fermentation. Very intense, of an almost opaque dark red . Aromatically very rich, the black fruit like plum, the balsamic aromas of resin and cedar, and some floral notes of the "subois", as well as spices such as cloves and nutmeg, stand out on the nose. In the mouth it has an excellent volume, good acidity, lively but well integrated tannins, and notes of black fruit, in particular the plum again, but also cherry. Its end is long and intense. Papa Figos Red
After destemming and crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats, where the films are macerated - gently and at controlled temperatures - and alcoholic fermentation. After finishing fermentations, maturation in stainless steel and cement vats follows. The batch is prepared based on the tests and analyzes carried out during this period. To preserve the highest quality, it is only subjected to light gluing and filtration before bottling. Ruby color, intense aroma, with heather bush notes, floral aromas, fresh red fruits and some balsamic, such as resin and cedar. In the mouth it has a smooth attack, presenting polished tannins of good quality, notes of red fruits and some spices. The finish is very elegant. Contains Sulfites.
Casa Ferreirinha Antónia Adelaide Ferreira Red
Arrivals to the Quinta da Leda ans Quinta do Seixo winery, after soft crushing and total destemming, the grapes were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. During this fermentation, it was reassembled by pump and step by robot, performing a long maceration to achieve a balanced aromatic and polyphenolic extraction. It is intended with this technology that the constituents of the quality present in the ripe grapes thus pass smoothly to the wine. At the end, and at the moment "required" by each variiey/batch, the wine was put in the vat and its masses pressed, the wine being the result of the pressing kept aside from the tear. It has a deep ruby coloc with an intense and complex aroma. Highlights are aromas of ripe red fruits and floral aromas, violet and lavender. Reveals notes of spices like pepper and cinnamon, as well as balsamic aromas the resin. It also has a very good quality integrated wood.

Chryseia Magnum Red
Chryseia was produced from the best grapes extracted from the two vineyards of the Douro Valley of Prats & Symington, Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. Another property, Quinta da Vila Velha, which is privately owned by a member of the Symington family, has also contributed some of its finest grapes, as it has in all Chryseia harvests. It was aged in French oak barrels of 400 Liters for 15 months. The grapes were harvested in excellent condition, resulting in a very fine Chryseia. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes are picked by hand prior to destemming and there is an automated selection process. These are gently crushed before being transferred to the fermentation in the vats where they are inoculated with a specially selected yeast culture and fermented at 25 ° C. During fermentation, the wines are gently macerated with the ability to mature in the bottle. Post Scriptum DOC features a deep ruby color, appealing ripe plum scents. Bulky and well structured body. Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca Red
The grapes, from the best plots of Touriga Franca at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in boxes of 22 kg capacity and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a soft pressing was carried out. Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca 2016 aged in French oak barrels where it remained for 18 months. It has a deep violet color. On the nose, it impresses with its intensity and concentration of red fruit aromas in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. In the mouth tasting it presents an intense start, evolving into an elegant profile wine, with excellent volume of mouth and silky texture tannins, all very well integrated with notes of red fruits. It ends in perfect balance, with an extraordinary persistence and full of freshness. A wine that perfectly reflects the identity of the variety. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Portal Auru 3L Red
Made of the nobility of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, planted in our best vineyards exposed to the south in the Pinhão river valley, we spent 14 months in new French oak casks. Retinto, dense, opaque and almost impenetrable, shows in the nose bright notes of ripe cassia. The tannins appear powerful in the mouth and the end reveals an absolutely remarkable persistence and intensity.
Serve at 16 - 17 ºC. Ideal to accompany red meats and cheeses. Potential of aging. Contains Sulfites.
