Grown in pebble soils, the grapes are meticulously harvested by hand from the chosen plots. After harvesting, they are cooled to 5ºC, de-stemmed and gently crushed. A careful pre-fermentation maceration precedes alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature, culminating in a prolonged post-fermentation maceration. Each variety is vinified and matured separately, ensuring the purity and complexity of this blend. With a deep ruby ​​color, Conde Vimioso The Winemaker's Blend Red exudes an intense aroma, intertwining black and red fruits with notes of wildflowers and a spicy touch. On the palate, it is concentrated, with complex and velvety tannins, balanced by a finely integrated acidity. This special blend made with the emblematic grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
