This special blend made with the emblematic grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah aged 12 months in French oak barrels. The balanced presence of oak and fruit results in a deep and complex aroma with balsamic and floral nuances. Elegant in the mouth, with very fine tannins, it is in very good shape. Contains Sulfites.

The harvest is made in mid-August, with a total destemming of the grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature, followed by a skin maceration for 1 week, without any mechanical extraction. The wine was aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
