Made of the nobility of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, planted in our best vineyards exposed to the south in the Pinhão river valley, we spent 14 months in new French oak casks. Retinto, dense, opaque and almost impenetrable, shows in the nose bright notes of ripe cassia. The tannins appear powerful in the mouth and the end reveals an absolutely remarkable persistence and intensity.
Serve at 16 – 17 ºC. Ideal to accompany red meats and cheeses. Potential of aging. Contains Sulfites.

A wine that presents itself with 17 and a half degrees of alcohol content, is only made when the maturation of the grape allows it. Despite the high degree, the wine is surprisingly fresh. Fruity but compact, almost monolithic, it alternates between the delicacy of the fruit and an intensely mineral profile surprising for the softness of the tannins, the aromatic depth and the vehemence of the structure. Tense and serious, it is a rigorous and well-educated red that presents itself fine and elegant. Contains Sulfites.
Conceito White
Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging for 10 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated wine, but with incredible subtlety and seduction. Contains Sulfites.
