Arribas do Douro Reserva Red
The grapes that make up this wine come from old vines planted in schist soil at an average altitude of 350 meters in the region between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva, in the Douro Superior. With exposure to the Northeast, we were able to obtain full-bodied red wines with an elegant profile. Hand picking vintage. Fermentation made by grape varieties to improve the rigor in the selection of the final blend that gives rise to this wine. Fermentation takes place in small-capacity stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Controlled maceration in order to obtain an aromatic and elegant wine. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. Balance between the intense flavor of red fruits and the elegance that comes from aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. Contains sulfites.
Mãos Tinta Roriz Red
Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Selection on a choice table. Gravity filling, controlled temperature fermentations. Concentrated ruby violet color, predominant woody aroma with floral notes, it is a wine that highlights the elegance brought by the freshness of the lands at altitude. In the mouth, robust and persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Xisto Ilimitado Red
Wine from the areas of Cotas and Douro Ervedosa do Douro, aged between 30 and 60 years, planted on terraces and wide terraces, above 400 meters. Bright garnet color, high aromas of red and blue fruit tones, tinged with wet stone and violets. Exuberant on the palate, but with brilliant acidity to balance cherry and pomegranate red fruits, white pepper, slate and herbal aromas overlaying the fruit core in a juicy, fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
