Fermentation with long and gentle maceration to extract the maximum potential from these varieties. After malolactic fermentation, 50% of this wine aged for 9 months in French oak barrels – Allier, the remaining 50% in stainless steel. Ruby color, aroma of red fruits and chocolate, well matched with the elegant aroma of wood. Smooth and elegant body, good tannins, wild fruits and a remarkable complexity and persistence. Very smooth, pleasant and very long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.

Taboadella Villae Red
100% destemmed by vibration. Fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats. With four grape varieties of great character, Villae red is a differentiating lot forming a set that we can call “perfect wedding”! Mariposa Reserva Red
The grapes were harvested manually into small boxes of 20 kg, with selection in the vineyard. The composition of the blend varies with the production of each variety in the vineyard. After total destemming, the grapes go to a traditional granite mill, where they macerate for about 48 hours, with temperature control. Fermentation is slow, under controlled temperature, and pumping over is done by foot treading. This wine ages for 1 year in used 225 and 500L French oak barrels. It presents a deep ruby color, with lilac hints. Complex aroma, with notes of wild berries and spices, showing a very present Touriga Nacional and well integrated barrel notes. In the mouth it is full and ripe, with firm but satin tannins. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Serrado Reserva Red
Vinification is made from the selection of grapes created in Quinta do Serrado and Quinta do Mosteiro. All grapes are harvested by hand, harvested at the ideal time of maturation, combined to produce this superior quality wine, which aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. It has a ruby red color, soft taste, elegant and very attractive. Fine tannins, good texture and excellent acidity. Contains Sulfites.
Soito Red
This wine expresses the personality of the terroir od Dão wines being elaborated from the Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta do Soito. Demonstrates a red with bricky nuances. It has a delicate aroma with the expression of notes of very ripe red fruits, cassis and blackberry, married with a light touch of black pepper, cocoa and vanilla. It reveals a well structured body with firm tannins, good mouth volume, high refinement and persistence. Contains Sulfites.
