About 80% of the grapes come from vines planted in the 1990s and 20% from old vines aged between 60 and 100 years. The grapes were vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity, fully destemmed. The must fermented for about a week at 23º – 25º C, with programmed automatic pumping over. About 90% of the wine was aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats and the remainder in 3rd and 4th year French oak barrels of 225 lt. Concentrated aroma, highlighting the ripe red fruits, rock rose and violet. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent ending. Contains sulfites.

Ruby color, aroma of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and cherry. Eucalyptus balsamic notes with a spicy touch. Palate confirms the red fruits and the character of the forest. Robust wine with some rusticity characteristic of the grape variety and enhanced by the winemaking method. Firm tannins and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
100Hectares Tinta Amarela Red
Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. Intense red color and very balanced nose and well filled with notes of wild fruits and cherries, spices and a light floral touch, on a background where the elegance of vanilla and barrel notes is evident, in the mouth it reveals a voluminous and enveloping wine , where the fruit and the spices reveal a beautiful integration and the tannins demonstrate a good firmness, showing signs of potential in the bottle, a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
