Vineyards installed on red soils derived from brown or crystalline limestone, with patches of schist, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high temperature ranges and hot, dry summers. After the necessary early interventions during the growing season, the grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery in small boxes. Once malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine was partially aged for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French and American oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in bottles for 2 months in our cellar. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilized and can naturally deposit. Clear wine, violet red, aromas of cherry, blackberry, spices and floral notes. Structured, balanced and voluminous, with a full body and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting for 15kg boxes. Total de-stemming with slight crushing after selecting the grapes on the sorting mat. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel mills at controlled temperatures. Aged for 23 months in used French oak barrels and 1 and a half years in bottle. Notes of black and red fruit well integrated with notes of spice and slightly smoked barrel. in the mouth it has delicate tannins, good volume and very present acidity, which makes it simultaneously powerful and elegant.

Crushing with total destemming and pre-fermentation pellicular maceration in stainless steel vats at low temperature for a period of 48 hours. Fermentation at a temperature of 25ºC for a period of 10 days. Stage in stainless steel vats for a period of 14 months, followed by a stage in the bottle for 15 months. Ruby color. Aroma of red fruits and ripe plum, showing subtle notes of wild flowers. In the mouth it is round and with ripe tannins. Long and persistent finish.

Grapes from 23-year-old vines. Manual harvest and selective choice for 20 kg boxes. Second selection of grapes at the sorting table. Crushing with total destemming and pellicular maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 10 days at controlled temperature. Aging in new and used French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by a 6-month aging in the bottle until release. Intense ruby color marked. Deep on the nose with notes of bergamot and red black forest fruits. In the mouth it is full-bodied and voluminous. It has a prolonged finish.

Manual harvest of 50% Alicante Bouschet and 50% Tinta Miúda (Graciano). After destemming, the grapes go to marble vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place and traditional foot treading is carried out followed by an 18-month aging period in second-year French oak barrels. Deep Ruby color. Very complex aroma, notes of red fruits in jam, aniseed and spices. In the mouth, it is very voluminous, creamy, with firm tannins and an elegant and long finish.

Fermentation takes place in truncated conical stainless steel vats, preceded by a cold maceration for 24 to 48 hours. After pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and then ages in 300 liter French oak barrels for a period of 12 months. After designing the batch, it ages in the bottle for two years before being released on the market. Aroma of black fruits in jam, spice, flowers and mint. The notes of toast and dark chocolate accentuate the complexity of the wine on the nose. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, full and elegant. The finish is long, shows an enormous concentration of smooth tannins and a hint of Vidigueira. Long and persistent that leaves a fine and delicate essence of all its aromas and flavors.

After selecting the grapes from our associates' vineyards, the grapes that will be the raw material for this wine are manually harvested. Arrivals at the winery are unloaded and immediately de-stemmed and crushed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation at 23-26ºC using pumping over and delestage, total maceration for 15 days. Aging in new French oak barrels for 18 months. After bottling, the wine ages in bottles for 6 months in our cellar. Wine with a crystalline appearance, opaque ruby color with great aromatic depth, suggesting ripe black fruits, spices and cocoa wrapped in floral notes. Structured, intense and engaging with robust tannins that guarantee a pleasant finish and excellent persistence. Contains sulfites.

Tapada de Coelheiros Garrafeira Red
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. The lottery followed. Aging for 18 months in barrels and 5 years in bottle. Intense color. Aroma shows great depth and complexity, with lots of pepper and nutmeg, macerated berries and moss. In the mouth, vigorous tannins stand out, but tamed by time and solid structure. Rich and exquisite, with a lot of freshness in the endless finish. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in a mill with steps on foot and temperature control. Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels, half new and half of 2nd year. Huge in color and aroma, concentrated and seductive, floral and fruity. The harvest was performed manually for small capacity boxes. After destemming the grapes, they were trampled on foot in modern temperature-controlled stainless steel presses, followed by aging in French oak barrels and prolonged aging in the bottle. Fermentation steps on foot in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Compact ruby color, fine but powerful tannins. Complex aroma where notes of ripe red fruits are mixed. Long and elegant finish. Contains Sulfites.

Intense ruby red color, concentrated, beautiful halo of more open hue, limpid appearance. On the nose it presents aromas of ripe red and black fruits, then adding a fresh and fragrant floral, well-integrated notes of barrel aging, fresh balsamic, cigar box and a light touch of mint from the stream at the end. Mouth full of strength, vigorous, with acidity at the balance point, slightly drying the palate, revealing structure and volume, present tannin, without imposing itself on the fresh and juicy fruit, with amplitude, showing once again the good integration of the notes coming from the barrel aging and long aftertaste. The grapes were destemmed by hand and very lightly pressed, selecting only the tear wort that was subsequently cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation took place slowly in French oak barrels purchased from a Port wine house. Amber color, with notes of apricot, honey, raisins, nuts and delicate floral aromas. In the mouth it shows its origin, voluminous and acidity balanced with sweetness, it marks us with a long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.

Rigorous maturation control in order to determine the right height of the vintage. Crushing and total stiffness. Clarification in 18 hours. Fermentation the temperature controlled at 20/200ºC. Amber color, aroma surprises by the singular aromas that reveals, where white flower notes, dried fruits and some spices are glimps. In the mouth it is intriguing, because the little sweetness, masked by the acidity of the verdel, lets evidence the exotic aromatic facet. It becomes, therefore, challenging in gastronomic terms, and can accompany a creative meal from the beginning to end. After the empty glass is worth appreciating the aromatic track that leaves, allowing to confirm all its originality. Contains sulfites.

It presents an intense red - garnet color, concentrated aroma of black fruits and spices, with delicate floral touch, structured and rich palate with fruit, acidity and tannins in perfect balance.
