Les Terrasses remains full of elegance and pure expression. Made with grapes from old vines of several small farms in the region controlled by the winery, all with traditional systems. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Aroma the cherry dark cherry attractive and bright. High layer and violet edges. Dense elegant teardrop. After a 21-day maceration, the grapes are transferred to age in 50% new oak and 50% stainless steel. This balance of aging techniques gives the wine aromas of oak toasted with dark chocolate, molasses and dark fruits.
