Quinta da Oliveirinha Grande Reserva Red
Quinta da Oliveirinha Grande Reserva has a dense and deep ruby color. Complex aroma with notes of ripe black and red fruit wrapped in balsamic (cedar, resin, woodsy aromas), licorice and bergamot, cocoa, smoked and coffee steam. The portentous nose is followed by the mouth tasting with enormous depth, persistence, acidity and fantastic but fully matured tannins, promising longevity and also guaranteeing immediate pleasure. A wine that mirrors the old vine – over 60 years old – from which it originates. Contains sulfites.
Kompassus Verdelho White
Pre-fermentative maceration in a controlled environment. Total fermentation and 7 months aging in used 400 liter barrels. Mysterious, subtle aroma, very fresh tropical note, grapefruit and vegetable. Taste of mouth, almost crispy, linear but with unusual power in this caste, ending with charming bitter. Super gastronomic. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta da Fonte do Ouro Reserva Red
Fermentation with long and gentle maceration to extract the maximum potential from these varieties. After malolactic fermentation, 50% of this wine aged for 9 months in French oak barrels - Allier, the remaining 50% in stainless steel. Ruby color, aroma of red fruits and chocolate, well matched with the elegant aroma of wood. Smooth and elegant body, good tannins, wild fruits and a remarkable complexity and persistence. Very smooth, pleasant and very long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
Poças Branco da Ribeira White
Very fine in aroma, one feels the spice of a luxury barrel, fruit with great delicacy, in a light, floral style, lots of white fruit. Lively and refreshing acidity in the mouth, the wine is very elegant, in a very refined, pure and fine style. It has everything to live well in the basement. Contains Sulfites.
Quintas de Borba Grand Reserve Red
This wine comes from selected grapes in the oldest vineyards in the Borba region. After rigorous control of the maturation evolution of the grapes in the vineyard, upon arrival at the winery the grapes were de-stemmed and gently crushed, followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel press, with mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 22-25ºC. Malolactic fermentation took place in a small stainless steel tank. Aging for 12 months in new French, American and brown oak barrels prior to bottling and a final aging in the cellar for 12 months in bottle. Garnet color. Aroma of black fruit jam. Full flavor with soft, fruity and toasted tannins, with final freshness and sweet cocoa.
