Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Pinot Noir Red
Traditional maceration in a mill with partial stalks. Aged for 12 months in used barrels. Open in color, aromas of red fruit. Elegant, delicate mouthfeel, with great complexity. Used at Passarella for more than a century, the Pinot Noir grape variety is far from being new. It served as the basis for Dr. Mário Pato's famous sparkling trials in the 1930s, and later it was the variety that served as a "culture medium" for indigenous yeasts, given their precocity of maturation, which implies irreproachable health.Contains sulfites.
Textura Pura Magnum White
Coming from the 28-55 year old Texture vineyards in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, at an altitude of 480-550 m, on granitic soils. The tear must naturally fermented in new French oak (70%) and foudre (30%) barrels. Aged for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Naturally stabilized. It is a very elegant wine, with delicate citrus aromas, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and even a noticeable oak. Acidity and crunchy minerality, it shows great potential despite the concentration of still young, dense and creamy old vines. Long and pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta dos Termos Talhão da Serra Reserva Red
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Ruby color open. Intense aroma, complex, different from all that is normal in the current reds, and that dissipates the little enthusiasm that causes us the open color that the wine has. As we take the wine to the mouth, we have a pleasant surprise, for the apparent fragility that the color raises is denied by a powerful structure, good acidity and a long and complex end. Contains sulfites.
