After careful fermentation and maceration, it ages for 24 months in new French oak barrels, where its final batch is defined through rigorous selection, ensuring superior quality and exceptional harmony between the barrels. Conde Vimioso Vinha do Convento Red has an intense ruby ​​color and a palate rich in ripe black and red fruit, floral notes and touches of spices, with robust tannins and well-integrated acidity. Its complexity and elegance culminate in a persistent finish, marked by fresh mineral and eucalyptus notes, promising excellent aging potential. Manual harvest at the optimum point of maturation, crushing and soft destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 8 days at 22-24ºC. Malolactic fermentation and stage in French oak 500L for 15 months. Slight filtration before bottling.
