GIZ Cuvée de Noirs
Lightly pressed grapes with whole bunch. After fermentation in the bottle, a 28-month reservoir was added. 840 bottles were produced. Complex and well-defined aroma, with notes of red fruit (ripe cherry, raspberry) and light floral traces. Toast and brioche notes add aromatic complexity. In the mouth it shows to be an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting well the calcareous soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Intense citrus color with abundant greenish tones. Aroma dry apricot, exotic woods, toasted cereal, toasted beans and vanilla. In the mouth it is complex, elegant, harmonious and with long persistence. Crushing with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, where only the flĂŽr wort was used. The clarification was natural and the alcoholic fermentation occurred at 18ÂșC. Sparkling by the classical method. Minimum 24 months in basement and 3 months in bottle. Contains sulfites.
