Quinta da Pellada DOC Tinto

The old vineyard of Quinta da Pellada is our greatest genetic heritage, where a large ampelographic collection was planted, representing the grape varieties always present in the vineyards of the Dão Demarcated Region. We identify, reproduce, and vinify some of these indigenous varieties which, in recent decades, for various reasons, sometimes qualitative and sometimes productive, have lost expression in the region and in the country. To recognize and interpret their value, this recovery work gave rise to the release of some wines. Wines that are produced after a careful selection across the entire field of Quinta da Pellada, blending the vineyards with the most varied plantings of each variety and plot. Contains sulfites.
