Made from grapes from selected winemakers from Melgaço and Monção, this wine is the result of several years of studies of grape varieties, soils, winemaking processes and the special people we came to know. We chose Monção and Melgaço because we believe it has everything to be a great wine in the world. Vinification took place together with skin maceration + tanning + amphora fermentation. Aged 10 months in used barrels. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest in 18Kg boxes, careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed. The resulting must passed into a small stainless steel tank, where it was decanted at low temperature for 48 hours. The clean must started fermentation in 500l French oak barrels, with indigenous yeasts. The wine remained in barrels for 4 months. Very slight yellowish color, very clear, on the nose it is very enveloping and very appealing. Aromas of white-skinned fruits such as peach and apricot. It is a very fat wine, with a lot of freshness and excellent acidity. It is a wine with great balance in the mouth, being present from the beginning of the mouth to the end.

Grapes harvested by hand, for boxes of 25 kg, at their ideal point of maturation; intended to have a vigorous maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and wine presses, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the films of very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in used 300 liter French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Purple and very deep color, very complex and distinct aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates, characteristic of the grape variety, with notes of spicy notes coming from the wood. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity, great balance and harmony with high level tannins that give it a long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Arinto dos Açores is an autochthonous variety, exclusive to the islands of the Azores, having in common with Arinto from the mainland only its name and good acidity. Clean citrus yellow color. Pure mineral aroma, citrus with notes of grapefruit. Tense attack, fresh with a very present minerality and acidity, good persistence and salty notes, iodine, toasted bread. Contains sulfites.

Destemming, thermal shock, skin maceration, pressing, static decanting of the must, fermentation at controlled temperatures: 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in new American and French oak barrels. Harvest by Hand. Grapes from a single vineyard of Encruzado grape variety, from the Ribeiro Santo Estate. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of the grape must and cooling at low temperatures for 24h. Fermentation only in stainless steel vats, with temperatures rounding the 15ºC for 20 days. 50% of the wine fermented in new French oak barrels for 4 months. Clear color, with green shades, this wine shows the authenticity of the grape variety Encruzado in a fresh and elegant way. Pear and white flower notes on the nose. With medium body on the palate, and good structure due to the barrel toast, balanced by the crispy acidity and the citric character. Contains Sulfites.
