This wine, made in an ancestral way, without addition of oenological products, except for sulfur dioxide, was created from the best grapes of the Arinto grape variety from our Quinta do Poço do Lobo, which were manually harvested on September 23, 2014, de-stemmed and crushed, then macerated for 48 houre. After pressind the wine masses, the wort was clarified and fermented in French oak narrles. After the alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 4 months. The stage on lees, in barrel, lasted for 8 months. It was bottled directly from the barrels in July 2015, without any clarification, as was once the custom. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes. De-stemmed and crushed, followed by mass cooling and gentle pressing. After decanting the must, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperature (18 ºC) for 15 days.
