Quinta da Rede Reserva da Família White
Discover the Quinta da Rede Reserva da Família White, a superior wine from the Douro, Lower Corgo subregion, meticulously produced from old vines of Arinto, Rabigato, and Viosinho. This wine stands out for its rigorous process of manual grape selection, total destemming, and cold skin maceration for 12 hours, followed by fermentation in lightly toasted French oak barrels at 15ºC.
Aged for 18 months "en sur lie" in the same barrels where partial malolactic fermentation occurred, this wine displays an intense citrine color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers superb complexity, with notes of stone white fruits, distinct minerality, and hints of vanilla in perfect harmony.
Ideal to accompany a variety of dishes, from spicy charcuterie to baked fish, grilled white meats or stews, and soft cheeses. Served at 10ºC, it provides a crisp freshness that enhances its persistence and longevity.
Coelheiros Red
Fermented by indigenous yeasts, thus allowing a better expression of the vines and soils. Aged for one year in used barrels. Coelheiros red reveals the vigorous character provided by Alicante Bouschet and the silky texture and density of the mouth provided by Touriga Nacional. In the nose, the aroma of red fruits predominates with slight hints of smoke and spices. On the palate it shows density and richness, it is balanced with good acidity and fine tannins. The finish is long and persistent. Contains sulfites.
Guru White
From a vineyard with more than 50 years old come the grapes of the varieties Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Códega do Larinho, that compose this wine. It is fermented and aged in new French oak barrels at controlled temperature. The Guru is thus a testimony to the maturity of the vineyard that created it. Just as the liveliness of the white grapes is softened by the wisdom of the years, so the acidity of this wine is balanced by the softness of the wood, in an envolving evidence in which the clear aroma of grapefruit with mineral notes stands out. Extremely elegant and mineral white wine with fresh grapefruit aromas. Excellent balance and very long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
