Luiz Costa Bruto White
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested between mid-August and the first days of September, the must fermented for 16 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The referral was carried out in a basement for 26 days at 15 ºC, followed by a 20-month bottle-aging period. Straw yellow color, aroma of citrus peel, dried flowers, light toast, butter cookie, and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of rich and complex palette. The entire stabilization process resulted from mininmalist and natural processes. It is an opaque red wine, spicy notes of black pepper with vegetables. Moscatel Horácio Simões Superior 10 Anos
Fermented in the cement cell the must and benefited with wine spirit soon after the beginning of the fermentation. Quinta da Carolina Red
