Transport in boxes of 20 kg, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks below 24ºC. Stage in French oak barrels where it remains for 8 months. Intense wine with 17 degrees, strong, balanced, with notes of red fruits. Tannins noble and present. A wine with a lot of presence, rich and that has a wraparound and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

As for the gin, all many people will need to know is that it's made by the same team who created the highly celebrated Gin Mare. Created from a whopping seven distillations, many of which are centred around citrus botanicals, Le Tribute is a stunningly vibrant citrus gin with underlying notes of lemongrass and (of course) juniper.

José de Sousa Puro Talha White
At the José de Sousa winery, some ancestral winemaking techniques are still used, the most emblematic being the use of the mulch in the fermentation of the grapes. The essence of woodcarving winemaking has changed little in more than two thousand years. In this process, the white grapes are slightly crushed by foot and manually destemmed on a ripanço table. Fermentation takes place, without stems, in pots with an average capacity of 1,600 liters at a temperature of around 28ºC, being controlled by watering the pots 4 times a day. Fermentation takes approximately 8 days, leaving the wine in contact with the masses. Aged in amphorae for a period of 4 to 10 months, depending on the vintage. During this period, a film of oil is placed to prevent oxidation. Amber color, aroma of dried fruits, especially hazelnut. Spices, evolved, white pepper, ripe kiwi, bread, liqueur, hay. Elegant, complex palate, good acidity with a dry finish. Long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Soito Reserva Jaen Red
Classic vinification in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 26 º C. Maceration cared for 5 days. Aged for 8 months in French oak. Clear appearance. red color with hints of garnet, reveals notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry, light blueberry, complexed with nuances of cinnamon and cloves, flanked by fresh vanilla expressions. It presents a very elegant and balanced body, with velvety and round tannins, with good expression of balsamic and pine notes. Defines an exquisite sensory cut with a long, fresh and mineral finish. 1333 bottles were produced. Contains Sulfites.
Sandeman Vintage 2016 Ruby
Outstanding for its exceptional features, the Sandeman Porto Vintage 2016 is a wine that will age in the bottle for 30 or 40 years. This excellent Vintage Porto 2016 is an example of Sandeman's commitment to the quality of Port wine. This wine has an opaque, almost black color. The aroma is intense and complex, with prominent notes of ripe black fruit, resin as well as notes of cocoa and chocolate as a result of its excellent maturation. Using the traditional technology of Port Wine, this wine was vinified in the Quinta do Seixo winery, grapes originating both there and in Quinta do Vau. In addition to the selection process, the grapes were subjected to crushing and stalking before undergoing a very intense maceration during alcoholic fermentation, by treading on granite wineries at controlled temperatures automatically. The balance and harmony of this wine, as well as its body and structure, result from the selection of the best grapes, the intensity of the maceration and the choice of the right moment to stop the fermentation. Diplomático Planas
Planas is an extraordinary blend of rum from Pot Still, Column and Batch Kettle. Aged up to 6 years, it is elegant, rich and surprisingly intense for a white rum. The complex carbon filtration process performed prior to bottling gives this rum a crystalline appearance and a smooth finish. Quinta de Roriz Vintage 2016 is vibrant in the aromas of red fruits, very characteristic of the Vintage Ports of Quinta de Roriz. Very good tannins, drawn by the minerality of the soils of Roriz. Good aromatic range complements the flavors of compoteados fruits, cut by a beautiful acidity. Contains sulfites.
