Vinified from grapes from farms in the Pinhão area, using traditional technology of Port Wine. Following the choice of grapes, crushing and destemming, very intense maceration is followed during the period of alcoholic fermentation, through stepping in granite wineries with controlled temperature. The balance and harmony of this Vintage, as well as its body and structure, are obtained through the selection of grapes, the intensity of maceration and the choice of the moment of the fermentation stop. Opaque, almost black color. Intense aroma of good complexity, with balsamic notes of resins, cedars and tobacco boxes, spiced like pepper, cloves and very mature black fruits. In the mouth presents a good attack, with well integrated acidity, tannins of very good quality, resin aromas and slightly floral with a long finish and great balance. Contains sulfites.

Black Nikka 8 anos

Yellow gold with a slight amber tone. The malting barley that permeates is very well balanced. It develops in citrus fruits (orange), dried fruit (apricot) and cardamom. Complex, develops in lichens and mature fruits.

Quinta dos Muros Vintage 2016 Ruby

Manual harvesting carried in small boxes. Maceration in stainless steel mill and vat at an approximate temperature of 28-30ºC. Stage 1 year in hull, with filling in the second year. Produced from grapes from Quinta dos Muros on the spring slope of the Pinhão River valley, where the Touriga Nacional exposed to the south finds the ideal conditions to provide all the structure and complexity beyond the black and ripe fruit, and where Tinta Roriz, with Exposure West lends the acidity and aromatic freshness to this Vintage. Thus we obtain, after vinification in winepress and vat, a retinto Port with an attractive violet and exuberant and fresh aroma to fruits like blackberry and plum. Already in the mouth is initially velvety, well balanced, but soon appears all serious character where the tannins show their claw, aided by a beautiful acidity that leave a long and powerful end of mouth! A serious, fresh and balanced port as only the Pinhão Valley knows how to produce! Contains sulfites.

Quinta dos Muros M7 Red

Manual harvest. Grapes transported in pallets. Maceration in small mills at a temperature between 24 and 26ºC. Use of gravity techniques for grape movement. Aging for 22 months in new French oak casks. This is the first wine from the old vineyard plot (M7) of Quinta dos Muros. The wine that determined that this parcel should be preserved. It is the result of 27 varieties, and a lot of care and passion throughout the process. A red that deserves attention when you have it in the glass. Contains sulfites.

Munda Jaen Red

Fermentation in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperature. Local varieties provide high quality grapes for dense, dark and storable wines. In the mouth it is good, but it gains body and is reminiscent of gooseberry. The body is structured, not overly powerful, constant and pleasant. Contains Sulfites.

Monte da Ravasqueira Premium Rose

With an old world profile, salmon color proves to be elegant and superb in texture, with delicate fruit and minerality. On the nose, it is fragrant, floral with light smoky notes, white chocolate and white cherry. In the test, it is full of texture and finesse, dry, mineral, juicy and long. Mãos Códega do Larinho White

Manual harvest with choice in the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Ferments at controlled temperatures. Clean and bright pale yellow color, the aroma is intense with field flowers, with citrus notes, finished with great minerality. In the mouth the attack is fresh, almost vegetable, growing in the middle of tasting for textured and creamy, ending with lots of fresh fruit. Contains Sulfites.

Mãos Reserva White

Mãos Ricardo Miranda Red

Montes Claros Reserva Red

The grapes, from previously selected vines and in general from vines over 30 years old, follow a strict control of maturation to determine the optimum height of manual harvesting. At the cellar, the grapes arrived in optimum conditions and the partial destemming and crushing of the grapes began, followed by fermentation and a prolonged maceration of 10 to 12 days, to extract the best aromas and all the complexity of the fruit. This was followed by malolactic fermentation, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels. For greater complexity, structure and richness, the final blend selected aged 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year barrels of French and American oak, and 6 months in the bottle for final refinement. Clear appearance, deep garnet color. Rich and full aroma, showing aromas of jam, jam and cocoa. Soft, full-bodied and complex flavor, highlighted by notes of very ripe black fruits and robust, persistent tannins, which guarantee longevity. Contains sulfites.

Ribeiro Santo Cimento Red

Manual Harvest. Total destemming. Skin maceration for 24 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures around 21ºC. After fermentation, the wine aged in a cement tank, reminiscent of the old days of Carlos Lucas's enology. Times when cement was traditionally used. Medium concentration ruby color. Aroma of wild berries and some spices. A very fresh and young wine. It still maintains a freshness and a young aromatic component. In the mouth rustic and with an excellent acidity. A wine that represents very well the classic wines of the Dão. Contains sulfites.
