Predominant aroma of peanuts, tea leaves and citrus notes. In the mouth it is dense and buttery. Acidity very present at the end of the tasting. Contains Sulfites.

Textura Pura White
Originating from the 28-55 year-old Texture vines in Vila Nova de Tazem, in the Serra da Estrela sub-region, at an altitude of 480-550 m, on granitic soils. The tear must naturally fermented in new French oak (70%) and foudre (30%) barrels. Aged for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Naturally stabilized. It is a very elegant wine, with delicate citrus aromas, mainly lemon and lime, cedar, pepper and even noticeable oak. Vicentino Gama Nascente Touriga Nacional Red
Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes. 4 days of pre-fementative maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation for 10 days at 24ºC. In French oak barrels of 228 liters for 11 months. Very appealing ruby color. Aromas of black plum, cassis, cherry with discreet nuances of violet and balsamic. Subtly notes of vanilla and spices emerge. It is captivating for its silky texture while remaining vibrant and firm. The sensation of freshness and elegance accompanies a long saline finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de CIdrô Chardonnay White
A clean and bright wine with a attractive pale yellow color. A great Chardonnay that impresses by its concentration and intensity exhibiting a complexity of tropical aromas like pineapples, peach and pear harmoniously integrated with slight nuances of wood and buttery notes. Excellent acidity, refreshing and very balanced, with a long and persistent taste. Contains Sulfites.
Três Bagos Sauvignon Blanc Magnum White
80% ferments in stainless steel and 20% in French oak barrels for 6 months. It has a vivid lemon-citrus color, exuberant nose, is very aromatic and fresh. It manifests notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple, contrasting with white-fleshed fruit, such as melon, complemented with slight vegetable nuances reminiscent of asparagus. In the mouth, it is very fruity and balanced. It has a good acidity, supported by flavors of ripe fruit, with some tropical notes, which characterize and give it balance. Its aftertaste is long and persistent. Contains sulfites.
Blog Bivarietal Red
In 2015 we enjoyed long and slow maturations that our older strains and our best plots have taken advantage of to provide grapes with an exemplary balance between acidity and tannins. The two grape varieties that benefited most with the exceptional goodness of nature were Syrah and Alicante Bouschet, providing grapes in perfect maturity. With raw material so good we prefer to work them little, letting the grapes speak for themselves. That's why we did little more than one walk on our wineries, according to the most traditional methods of the region, followed by a stage in new barrels and barrels of second year of French oak, letting the wine express itself in the purest form .
Very fleshy red color. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, it ends with some earthy notes that add complexity. Silky and velvety in texture, it is an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant, fresh finish and great guarding potential.
