Invulgar Tinto

Wine selected in equal parts from the Cooperatives of Mangualde, Penalva do Castelo, Silgueiros and Vila Nova de Tazem. Fermentation with temperature control up to 28ºC for 14 days. Aged for 12 months in Allier Fino oak barrels. Clear appearance, deep red colour, with garnet reflections. Complex aroma rich in notes of black plum, blackberry, violet and bergamot, paired with nuances of fresh vanilla, alongside balsamic fragrances. Reveals a well-muscled and velvety body, resulting from the firm and fine structure of the grape varieties and the character of our terroir. Contains sulphites.
