This wine expresses the personality of the terroir od Dão wines being elaborated from the Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta do Soito. Demonstrates a red with bricky nuances. It has a delicate aroma with the expression of notes of very ripe red fruits, cassis and blackberry, married with a light touch of black pepper, cocoa and vanilla. It reveals a well structured body with firm tannins, good mouth volume, high refinement and persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Família Silva Branco Pedigree Red
Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation carried out in a mill with indigenous yeasts. Finished with an aging of 24 months in barrels, 50% in new barrels, 50% in used French oak barrels (225L). Intense aroma of wild fruits and black fruit, balsamic notes and spice. In the mouth it is fruity, firm tannins and very well integrated. It presents a good acidity and a long and tasty finish. Contains sulfites.
Maria Izabel Sublime Red
The harvested grapes rested for 24 hours in a refrigerated container at 8º C in order to protect the integrity of the bunches. Followed by selection on a mat of choice, 30% with destemmed and 70% whole bunch were introduced into the vat, allowing the extraction of color compounds and aromas more smoothly during 3 days of alcoholic fermentation totally in stainless steel vats, being bled from each vat. a small volume of must completing both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels. Wine with an open ruby color, primary aromas of rockrose involved by notes of forest fruits in a set of fine cut, light fresh spice. In the mouth seductive with freshness, elegance, light salty, long – Burgundy Inspired Wine. Contains sulfites.
Costa Boal Superior Red
Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.
Tapada de Coelheiros Red
The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar where they were destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 26–27°C. After finishing, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. The malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and then it was transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish. Coelheiros Chardonnay White
The grapes were manually harvested into 25kg boxes and immediately transported to the cellar where they were stored in the cold chamber for 24 hours. This was followed by grape selection and pneumatic pressing and decanting. The alcoholic fermentation started in a stainless steel tank with selected yeasts. After fermentation starts, the must was transferred to 500L barrels. The wine was kept in contact with fine lees. Aging for 8 months in barrels with battonage. The nose shows white fruit involved in light, very discreet smoky notes. The palate is unctuous, balanced and with a good acidity that gives it a fresh and prolonged finish. Contains sulfites.

Flor do Tua Superior 17 Magnum Red
Transport in boxes of 20 kg, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks below 24ºC. Stage in French oak barrels where it remains for 8 months. Intense wine with 17 degrees, strong, balanced, with notes of red fruits. Tannins noble and present. A wine with a lot of presence, rich and that has a wraparound and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

José de Sousa Puro Talha White
At the José de Sousa winery, some ancestral winemaking techniques are still used, the most emblematic being the use of the mulch in the fermentation of the grapes. The essence of woodcarving winemaking has changed little in more than two thousand years. In this process, the white grapes are slightly crushed by foot and manually destemmed on a ripanço table. Fermentation takes place, without stems, in pots with an average capacity of 1,600 liters at a temperature of around 28ºC, being controlled by watering the pots 4 times a day. Fermentation takes approximately 8 days, leaving the wine in contact with the masses. Aged in amphorae for a period of 4 to 10 months, depending on the vintage. During this period, a film of oil is placed to prevent oxidation. Amber color, aroma of dried fruits, especially hazelnut. Spices, evolved, white pepper, ripe kiwi, bread, liqueur, hay. Elegant, complex palate, good acidity with a dry finish. Long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Soito Reserva Jaen Red
Classic vinification in stainless steel vats with smooth skin maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 26 º C. Maceration cared for 5 days. Aged for 8 months in French oak. Clear appearance. red color with hints of garnet, reveals notes of red fruit with hints of raspberry, light blueberry, complexed with nuances of cinnamon and cloves, flanked by fresh vanilla expressions. It presents a very elegant and balanced body, with velvety and round tannins, with good expression of balsamic and pine notes. Defines an exquisite sensory cut with a long, fresh and mineral finish. 1333 bottles were produced. Contains Sulfites.
Sandeman Vintage 2016 Ruby
Outstanding for its exceptional features, the Sandeman Porto Vintage 2016 is a wine that will age in the bottle for 30 or 40 years. This excellent Vintage Porto 2016 is an example of Sandeman's commitment to the quality of Port wine. This wine has an opaque, almost black color. The aroma is intense and complex, with prominent notes of ripe black fruit, resin as well as notes of cocoa and chocolate as a result of its excellent maturation. Great volume on the palate with a vibrant, fresh acidity, firm, high-quality tannins, floral notes of stew and notes of black fruit and chocolate. A great invitation for the very long and elegant finale. Using the traditional technology of Port Wine, this wine was vinified in the Quinta do Seixo winery, grapes originating both there and in Quinta do Vau. In addition to the selection process, the grapes were subjected to crushing and stalking before undergoing a very intense maceration during alcoholic fermentation, by treading on granite wineries at controlled temperatures automatically. The balance and harmony of this wine, as well as its body and structure, result from the selection of the best grapes, the intensity of the maceration and the choice of the right moment to stop the fermentation. Diplomático Planas
Planas is an extraordinary blend of rum from Pot Still, Column and Batch Kettle. Aged up to 6 years, it is elegant, rich and surprisingly intense for a white rum. The complex carbon filtration process performed prior to bottling gives this rum a crystalline appearance and a smooth finish. Transparent and clear color, with fresh and tropical aromas such as ground coffee and coconut. Slightly fruity with creamy flavors. The extraordinary balance of this exquisite rum provides a delicate and pronounced finish. Flat is best appreciated pure, excellent main ingredient for delicate coktails, like the Daiquiri.
Quinta de Roriz Vintage 2016 Ruby
Quinta de Roriz Vintage 2016 is vibrant in the aromas of red fruits, very characteristic of the Vintage Ports of Quinta de Roriz. Very good tannins, drawn by the minerality of the soils of Roriz. Good aromatic range complements the flavors of compoteados fruits, cut by a beautiful acidity. Contains sulfites.

Dom Rafael Red
Born in the old vineyards of the Aragonêz, Trincadeira, Castelão and Alicante Bouschet grapes, the grapes for this wine are harvested and hand-selected, foot-stepped, fermenting in the open wineries of the winery, precisely the same methods used for over a hundred years in Herdade do Mouchão and that make Dom Rafael one of the most famous reds of the region. Alentejo and contemporary, Dom Rafael is a versatile red, ideal to accompany varied gastronomic proposals. The Dom Rafael red stalks in casks of Portuguese chestnut and oak and in French oak barrels for 12 months, after which it staged for at least another 6 months in the bottle. Over the years this is a wine that is increasingly smooth, complex and balanced. Typically Alentejan and at the same time contemporary, Dom Rafael is a versatile red, ideal to accompany very diversified gastronomic proposals. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta dos Termos Garrafeira Red
Prolonged tanning, stage in new French oak barrels and natural clarification helped by the cutting cold of the Serra da Estrela. Ruby color loaded with slight reddish loaves. The aroma is attractive and very complex, improving a lot with the time of stay in the glass. In the mouth, surprises by harmony, glow and sophistication, in a typical style of the border large wines that age well with the time of bottle. Contains sulfites.
Quinta de São José Touriga Nacional Magnum Red
Grapes harvested by hand, for boxes of 25 kg, at their ideal point of maturation; intended to have a vigorous maturation, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and wine presses, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the films of very ripe grapes to pass smoothly into the wine. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged in used 300 liter French oak barrels for approximately 12 months. Purple and very deep color, very complex and distinct aromas where the fruity and floral character predominates, characteristic of the grape variety, with notes of spicy notes coming from the wood. In the mouth it shows fruit, complexity, great balance and harmony with high level tannins that give it a long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta de São José Magnum Red
Flor de São José Reserva Magnum White
Grapes harvested by grape varieties and plots in boxes of 20 kg and placed in the cold at 5-6º C. After being fully destemmed they are crushed. The must was subtly pressed and decanted until it reached the necessary clarity. Fermentation and subsequent full aging in 500 liter barrels, 60% new and 40% used. The lees were removed every month to keep them in suspension. After eight months, the final blend was made and the wine was pasted before being bottled. With a citrus color, the wine is initially very discreet and complex with mineral notes evolving later to some fresh and floral notes, more discreet and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present acidity and very balanced. Fine, complex and very elegant, it shows an excellent balance between alcohol, fruit and acidity, and a lively, fine and quite long finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Romaneira Red
The wine was vinified in cone-shaped vats, equipped with temperature control, at a temperature of around 25-28ºC. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters. Fresh and balanced, intense and fruity, wild and spicy, tannins present, but elegant, are typical expressions of the great Romaneira vineyard. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Pedra Escrita Magnum Red
Organic Wine, 100% manual vintage, for small perforated boxes. Choice table reception. Stalk and crush. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with temperature control. It aged for 15 months in new 300 L French oak barrels. Intense and very fresh aroma, showing well the cool summer nights at altitude in the Douro Superior, marked by violets, black and red fruits very characteristic of the grapes that gave rise to it, in balance with very subtle notes of French barrel. In the mouth, freshness, acidity and live tannins denote the soil and climate and provide longevity, then all the notes of aroma are felt in an elegant and long set.
Portal Vintage 2016 Ruby
Manual harvesting transported in small boxes. Laceration in stainless steel mill and vat at an approximate temperature of 28-30ºC. Stage of 1 year in hull, with filling in the second year. The great majority of the grapes come from the Pinhão River Valley where the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz are able to withstand the heat that has occurred in the summer. These grapes have been added to other Douro valleys, which translates into a classic blend of the region. The fermentation took place in a mix of closed vats to guarantee the freshness and aromatic component, mill to guarantee greater complexity and structure. After a slow aging and care in our cellars in the Douro, this Vintage now has an intense and mature fruity, in addition to a floral that conveys excellent freshness. It shows a strong concentration and structure in the mouth accompanied always with a rich and aromatic component variability. A classic vintage definitely remembering other decades. Contains sulfites.
