Quinta da Pedra Escrita Magnum Red

Organic Wine, 100% manual vintage, for small perforated boxes. Choice table reception. Stalk and crush. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with temperature control. It aged for 15 months in new 300 L French oak barrels. Intense and very fresh aroma, showing well the cool summer nights at altitude in the Douro Superior, marked by violets, black and red fruits very characteristic of the grapes that gave rise to it, in balance with very subtle notes of French barrel. In the mouth, freshness, acidity and live tannins denote the soil and climate and provide longevity, then all the notes of aroma are felt in an elegant and long set.

Soalheiro Reserva Magnum White
Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually from a selection of grapes from our vineyards in Quinta de Soalheiro, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation and stage in (new and used barrels), remaining in the fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June. Intense yellow color, elegant and persistent aroma with nuances of barrel, maintaining the freshness and the fruit of the Alvarinho variety. The flavor is full bodied and complex.

Quinta dos Murças Minas Red
Quinta dos Murças Minas, coming from the Douro region. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. In concrete vats and used French oak barrels, for about 9 months. Intense color with violet lines. Exuberant and concentrated aroma where the ripe red and black fruits dominate, some floral aromas and balsamic aromas, as the esteva. Palate dominated by freshness and liveliness, it has firm and ripe tannins, with a well-rounded acidity. It finishes long and persistent, standing out the balance between its freshness and maturation. Contains Sulfites.
Luis Pato Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco Red
Man has dreams. My dream 23 years ago was to create a wine that would reveal the wines before phylloxera arrived in Europe. Thus was born the name Pé Franco by what is known. I planted 1.2ha of vines of the Baga variety, as was used in pre-phylloxera Europe, directly on sandy soil - a way to avoid attacking the roots of the disease-inducing insect, given its (fortunately) aversion to this type of soil. After great anxiety, we made the first harvest in 1995, 7 years after planting. In 2010 we celebrated the fifteenth harvest of this boldness. The wine now comes from an area increased to 2.5ha. As each vine produces only one cluster, ie one glass of wine, it takes the annual work of six vines to obtain a bottle. This is due not only to the lower production of the ungrafted vine, but also due to the successive weeding that we carry out with a view to obtaining a very full wine, that can thus hide the tannins of the grape variety and the acidity characteristic of the region's climate. These are key factors to give you an aging capacity that goes beyond twenty years, making it an excellent wine to celebrate the age, marriage or other relevant event for the son or daughter, with a wine of the year of his birth . Monólogo Avesso White
Monólogo Avesso P67 is a monocasta wine produced at Quinta de Santa Teresa. Avesso is cultivated in the P67 plot, using sustainable agriculture practices. This property is in conversion to organic production. It is a wine of strong character and body with marked and well incorporated acidity. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Mineral Magnum Rose
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension.
