Citadelle Reserve
Plantation 3 Stars
Plantation XO 20th Anniversary
With a blend of Plantation's oldest reserves, this rum is something else. The selected Runs aged and from the Caribbean are later meticulously mixed by the master distiller at the Château de Bonbonnet. Then it is matured in small French oak barrels for another 12 to 18 months. The double aging gives the rum an incomparably round and creamy taste. With the color of old mahogany, the Plantation XO reveals a nose with exotic notes of vanilla, oak and roasted coconut, enhanced by more complex cocoa, orange candied aromas and cigar box aromas.
Plantation 5 Anos
A beautiful mix of rum from Barbados, with five years in barrels of bourbon in the Caribbean, and then refined in old French oak casks of the Château de Bonbonnet. The nose is juicy, typical Barbados style; and reveals notes of roasted coconut, fudge and vanilla. 5 year old plantation can be enjoyed alone, with ice or in cocktails.
Citadelle Original
Gin Citadelle has a delicate, fragrant nose with fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, the development of stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon is remarkable. This appetizing bouquet resembles the gardens in the spring. In the mouth, the genievre berries give way to a certain voluptuousness, a printed complexity of floral freshness. The finish is elegant, round and very exquisite. Excellent in a gin and tonic with an orange slice or an anise star.

Séries Gouveio White
Gouveio is one of the most well-known white grape varieties in the Douro, but rarely gives rise to monocasts. Given the irreverence and experimental record of the series series, the oenology team of this bicentennial wine company of Portugal anticipated the vintage of this variety, in order to preserve all its character in a fresh and balanced style. Thus, the 'Real Companhia Velha Séries Gouveio 2016' is an aromatically complex wine with delicate floral and white fruit notes with mineral suggestions and well-integrated vanilla nuances. In the mouth it is greedy, structured and very mineral, ending with an excellent acidity, which keeps the evidence alive and persistent resulting from the fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
