Manual harvest for 20kg boxes, fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by a long post fermentative maceration. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels Medium concentration, full aroma of vegetable notes and ripe fruit, all in a good moment of evolution. Fresh in the mouth, floral notes of bergamot next to very attractive chemical notes. Very neat. Perfect with grilled meat, cod and cheese. Contains sulfites.

Munda Jaen Red
Fermentation in stainless steel barrels at controlled temperature. Local varieties provide high quality grapes for dense, dark and storable wines. In the mouth it is good, but it gains body and is reminiscent of gooseberry. The body is structured, not overly powerful, constant and pleasant. Contains Sulfites.

Fermented and matured in casks of 225 liters of oak wood from the finest cooperages in France for 12 months. Deep ruby color with purple reflections, complex scent of black plum, blackberry, fig, raspberry, blueberry, cassis, violet, tea ans bergamot. Balsamic, fresh breeze from the Mediterranean forest. Aroma of chocolate, coffee and tobacco. Sophisticated, elegant, full and fresh, with silky tannins.

Quinta do Perdigão Reserva Red
Deep grená color with purple reflections, aroma of blackberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry and prune, marrying with mentholates, camphor, Provence herbs, earl gray tea, cocoa and walnut. It is intense and very fresh, with fine tannins and structuring. It is persistent. Reveals great guarding potential - it's memorable! Decant and serve at the temperature of 16º with fish dishes, red meats, cheeses and desserts. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta das Marias Cuvée TT Reserva Red
Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes, destemming the grapes. Fermentation and maceration in granite presses with treads and in a “Ganimede” vat. Malolactic fermentation and 12 months aging in first and second use French oak barrels (Allier). It is a perfect blend of Touriga-Nacional and Tinta-Roriz, combining the structure and aromas of one with the consistency and longevity of the other. Modern wine profile, combining structure and perfume in the best way. A very gastronomic and appetizing wine. Contains sulfites.
