The must was fermented in new barrels and aged in stainless steel vats for 5 months. It presents aromas and flavors of red fruit, spices and minerality. A rosé with an austere, full-bodied and elegant character. The almost sharp acidity balances the weight of the alcohol and sends it to the table. Contains sulfites.

The Quinta das Bágeiras white harvest wine comes from vineyards with little more than 15 years. It is vinified by an ancestral process, the wort being placed in small open decanters of 1m2 where it remains between 24 to 36 hours to make the decanting through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, the wort is tranferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments, with a temperature control made with cooled water drop. It is a wine that ferments only with indigenous yeasts, proper of the graoe, without any addition of enzymes or extra yeasts. Contains Sulfites.

Classic vinification in a mill. 12-month classic barrel stage. Classic nose profile, with raspberry notes and other incarnate fruit, fresh, and some evolution. mouth very interesting with complexity, pomegranates and strawberries. Marquês de Marialva Baga Cuvée 2014, a Blanc de Noir where only 30% of the must flower was pressed, which had a minimum stage of 30 months, plus 3 months after degorgement, before being placed on the market. It is an elegant, sparkling sparkling wine with a fine, persistent bubble. In the nose it is rich, complex, insinuating notes of quince, cream of cassis, dried fruits and a notorious and charming toast. In the mouth, it assumes the freshness of the caste, the acidity, compensated with a wrapping mousse. It will be the most versatile of the sparkling Baga with the name Bairrada, because it combines a high gastronomic component with finesse and elegance that allows it to be a perfect companion for moments of leisure. Total destemming, soft pressing, natural static settling. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Foaming by the classical method. Stage for 9 months in the basement and 1 month after degorgement. Crystalline appearance with fine and persistent bubble, defined pink color, intense aroma of fresh red fruits and jam. Fruity flavor, moderate freshness, pleasant volume in the mouth and followed by an elegant mousse and remarkable persistence. Contains sulfites.

Citrus color, with a defined and persistent bubble. Young aroma with nuances of toast and dried fruits. In the mouth it is fruity, fresh, crunchy mousse and good persistence. Contains sulfites.
