The grapes were harvested very early, before the painter, to ensure acidity and natural freshness. They were hand-picked into small boxes in order to preserve their quality. After a careful selection and sorting at the entrance to the cellar, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel vats. Part of the batch was fermented and aged in 500 liter used barrels. Pale pink color. Fine and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and structured, with notes of raspberry and tropical fruit predominating, with a long finish. Contains sulfites.

Vila Santa Reserva Red

Manual Vindima in boxes of 15 Kg. The grapes are disengaged and fermented in marble lagares with a traditional tread. Transfer to stainless steel vat following a long post-fermentation maceration. Stayed for 9 months in American and French carvalho pipes. Cor intense pomegranate. Aroma that suggests black, very ripe fruits married with spices from the barrel. Elegant and full-bodied, with soft tannins that are still present. Um vinho carnudo, powerful and cheio. Contains sulfites.

The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected manually on the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble presses with the traditional treading on foot. Fermentation ends in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Aging 12 months in new French oak half barrels. Deep violet and dense color. Intense and deep aroma, dominated by spices and very ripe black fruits, where notes of dark chocolate are also present. In the mouth, voluminous, with a well-involved acidity, which together with its retronasal aroma, gives it great elegance and persistence. Contains sulfites.

Marquês de Borba Vinhas Velhas Red

The grapes are de-grained and carefully selected manually at the table of choice. After crushing, they are trodden in marble mills for 4 to 5 days, and then transferred to stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation is finished. It aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Intense garnet color, nose large concentration of black fruits, eucalyptus leaf and some notes of spices from the stage in barrel. Large volume in the mouth with velvety tannins. Contains Sulfites.

Marquês de Borba Vinhas Velhas White

The grapes are cooled in a refrigerator before being vinified. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After 1/3 of the alcoholic fermentation, the wort is transferred to new and used barrels where the fermentation is completed. Staged for 8 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels. Crystalline-looking white wine. In the aroma there are citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and lemon, accompanied by a toast coming from the barrel but not overlying the fruit. Great freshness and minerality in the mouth, showing a slight fat from the stage on the lees. Contains Sulfites.

João Portugal Ramos Loureiro White

The two varieties together ferment three days in marble mills with foot steps. Transfer to stainless steel tank where the alcoholic fermentation ends. Follows 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. Aroma intense and deep, dominated by mature black fruits such as cassis and blackberries, complexed by tertiary aromas from its stage in barrels. Soft attack, followed by an evolution characterized by acidity, volume and structure, in harmony, which gives it a long, persistent finish and great elegance. Contains Sulfites.

João Portugal Ramos Alvarinho Bruto White

The grapes were subjected to gentle pressing. After clarification by static decanting, the alcoholic fermentation occurred at about 15ºc, obtaining the base sparkling wine. 15% of the batch was fermented in French oak barrels of 3 and 4 years where it remained on the lees for 8 months. After tartaric stabilization of the base wine, the second bottle fermentation was then run. The bottle stage on the lees of the second fermentation was approximately 20 months. Contains sulfites.

After crushing, they are trodden in marble vats with the traditional foot treading. It is transferred to a stainless steel vat where the alcoholic fermentation ends. This is followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. A great aromatic concentration, highlighting mineral notes, spices and even some hints of dark chocolate and ripe fruit. It is a powerful, elegant and smooth red, with compact tannins and great final persistence. Contains sulfites.

Duorum Colheita Red

After being selected, the grapes are stalked at the entrance of the cellar, crushed and driven to stainless steel mills with robotized steps. It is at this stage that the pre-fermentative maceration is carried out at low temperatures.
