Vinha do Jeremias Single Vineyard Red

Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Aging for 12 months in new American and French oak half barrels. The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected at the hand picking table. After crushing, they are trodden in marble vats with the traditional foot treading. It is transferred to a stainless steel vat where the alcoholic fermentation ends. This is followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. A great aromatic concentration, highlighting mineral notes, spices and even some hints of dark chocolate and ripe fruit. It is a powerful, elegant and smooth red, with compact tannins and great final persistence. Contains sulfites.

Subsequent aging at low temperatures, remaining on the lees with light battonage for 4 months before bottling. The name Encantado tells the story that takes place in the roots of the vineyards in harmony with the cork oak forest and all the fauna and flora of this rich territory, which gives rise to unique wines. It is a wine with an intense minerality and an important herbal side, but it shows all the power of the yellow fruit and even a more tropical one. Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 25 days. Stage with agitation of lees “batonnage. Fresh and vibrant aroma, apple, melon, peach and citrus aromas in balance with very discreet creamy vanilla notes. Volume and acidity ending in a very long aftertaste. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26-28ºC. Aging in new French oak casks for 14 months. A beautiful wine with aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry and black cherry, as well as a freshness given by wild aromas. On the palate it shows good acidity, with well present but ripe tannins, polished and well harmonized with the toast provided by the wooden stage. Ends long and with a slight and bitter seductive. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro 9% White

An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Citrus and tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety with a balance of unusual acidity and sweetness.
