Manual vinification in 15 kg boxes. After a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature, the grapes are pressed and the must clarified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16º C, for two to three weeks. Citrine color. Intense, citrus and floral aroma, with mineral and tropical fruit notes. Elegant and engaging, it finishes with mineral notes in a long finish. Contains sulfites.
