Quinta dos Carvalhais Touriga Nacional 2012 presents a ruby red color. It is an intense wine, with delicate aromas. The notes of ripe black and red fruit, the floral touch and the shrub nuances, which give it freshness, are very well involved in a set complemented by discrete notes of barrel where it staged. In the mouth it is elegant and balanced, with soft tannins giving structure and strength to the wine. Maria Mansa Red
It is fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25-27ºC with grapes previously selected and destemmed to 100%. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out in stainless steel. It is aged for 10 months in French oak casks of different ages. Maria Mansa wine always combines freshness with fruity characteristics originating from the excellent grapes and contemporary winemaking used, which extracts the unique character of the Duriense terroir and its traditional grape varieties. Casa Ferreirinha Callabriga Magnum Red
It is vinified in the Quinta da Leda winery, from grapes coming from plots located in Quinta da Leda and neighboring vineyards. Grapes with balanced maturation are chosen as a consequence of a favorable vegetative cycle. After destemming and soft crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats and/or mills, where prolonged macerations are carried out. It is intended with this technology that the constituents of quality, present in the ripe grapes, thus pass smoothly to the wine. Contains Sulfites.

It has a deep red color. Its aroma is intense and complex, dominating the plum, the cassis, the resin, the cedar as well as cloves and nutmeg. It has a deep grenada color, a very complex and improved aroma, revealing notes of plum and ripe blackberry with light raisins, dried fruits and fine spices of cinnamon and cloves married to soft balsamic notes. It is demonstrated with well designed volume, very balanced and harmonious, with silky and firm tannins. Reveals high fineness and exquisite bouquet with long persistence. It should be consumed on 16th-18th to accompany dishes of red meats and strong cheeses.

Cabeço do Mocho Grande Escolha Red
Cabeço de Mocho Great Selection is the result of the excellent combination of the Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta das Camélias. Features a deep ruby color with red nuances. The aroma is very complex and delicate, showing mature notes of cherry and black aroma, harmonized with expressions of fresh vanilla and a slight nuance to cloves. In the mouth it is a full and round, well muscled with the presence of educated tannins. Demonstrates finesse, exquisite bouquet and a long persistence. Should be served at 16-18ºC, accompanied with dishes of red meats and strong cheeses. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 8 days. Stage 6 months in French oak and American toast medium. Contains Sulfites.

Stage on the total slurry, with periodic batonnage, without stabilization, nor filtration. Bright citrus color. Aroma expressive,? Oral with notes of tropical fruits and good intensity. But with interesting complexity thanks to the signs of the granite minerality of the region. Dry is the mouth. A well balanced acidity. The typical minerality of the region is present. Dona Maria Amantis White Reserve is fermented in 400-liter barrels of French oak, followed by batônnage for 6 months. Wine with a beautiful golden color with greenish glints. There are notes of well integrated wood with mango, orange and pear fruit. In the mouth the attack is silky, enhancing its good volume which is in balance with firm and elegant acidity, demonstrating a lingering wine. Contains Sulfites.
Júlio B. Bastos Alicante Bouschet Red
This wine is a tribute to my father, Julio Bastos. It is a wine that results from the selection of the best grapes from the old vineyards of Alicante Bouschet, which were trodden in marble wineries and vinified with controlled temperatures. The stage is made in new French oak barrels for 14 months. The wine has an opaque and violaceous ruby color, with pure aromas of china ink, liquorice, notes of wild and balsamic fruits. Quinta de Lemos Dona Paulette Encruzado White
Encruzado is an exclusive grape variety of the Dão region, is well balanced, aromatic and produces wines with a great longevity. The vines grow on slopes located between 350 and 400 meters in altitude. These vines fall under an integrated protection program and the application of herbicides is prohibited. Grape harvesting is done by hand, when the ideal point of maturity is reached, around mid-September. The harvest is collected in small boxes of 10 kg. This white wine was fermented in stainless steel at 13 ° C, while two thirds of its fermentation was completed in new French oak barrels, where it aged for 12 months. Quinta de Lemos Dona Paulette Encruzado presents minerality and wood that gives some complexity. It also has resin plants, eucalyptus, mint, nuances of hazelnut and tamarillo. It is fresh, with acidity well integrated into a structured body of medium volume.

Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional Red
Ribeiro Santo Touriga Nacional is a concentrated wine, ruby color with violet lavas. Expressive aroma with blackberries and cherries, field flowers and notes of spices. Medium body, mineral, with a good acidity to give freshness, fine tannins and final firm and spicy. The harvest took place at the end of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed for small stainless mills, where they macerated 24 hours at low temperature, before beginning the alcoholic fermentation, with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasted about 15 days, with gentle remonstrances for a good extraction of color and aromas. After fermentation, it was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it remained for 12 months until bottling. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvest. Total destemming. 24h low temperature maceration before starting alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Smooth reassembly for extracting color and aromas.
