Quinta da Romaneira Red
The wine was vinified in cone-shaped vats, equipped with temperature control, at a temperature of around 25-28ºC. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters. Fresh and balanced, intense and fruity, wild and spicy, tannins present, but elegant, are typical expressions of the great Romaneira vineyard. Contains sulfites.

100% of this wine is aged in wood for 10 months, in 35% of new wood. Fermented in stainless steel vats for 10 days where afterwards malolactic fermentation takes place. Dark, dense and opaque color. Intense fruit of blueberries and raspberries, dough, pastry and spices. Characteristic aromas of wild flowers present in the vineyards of Romaneira. It reveals mineral flavors, with well integrated notes of the barrel and dark chocolate. Very good tannins and excellent finesse. Contains Sulfites.

Intense ruby red color, on the nose it presents an enormous aromatic intensity of red fruits and black berries with notes of menthol. In the mouth it is very balanced, with a lot of structure, volume and persistence. It has a very present acidity, which gives it elegance; the wood is very well integrated. Contains sulfites.

A wine of deep color and very fruity in the nose, with notes of ripe black fruit well present. In the mouth it reveals fresh and concentrated with tannins and very well balanced chocolate notes. Long and persistent ending. It accompanies very well with cured cheeses of sheep and cow, kid or lamb and red meats. Contains Sulfites.
Periquita Clássico 2014 Red
Vinification in tanning at 28ºC with stalks. Aging 24 months in used wooden barrels. Red color with brownish tones, leather aromas, black fruits, black tea, violets and hazelnut. Austere taste, good acidity, presence of tannins, persistence present following the same concept as the old Periquita. Contains sulfites.
