Vinification is carefully adjusted to the different maturation states of each grape variety, including 40% whole bunch and prolonged macerations of at least 15 days, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 18 months. Quinta de Arcossó Arinto White
Mr. Amílcar chose to ferment this white wine, an Arinto from Quinta de Arcossó, directly in the Vidago region, 450 meters above sea level in Trás-os-Montes (Ribeira de Oura). He adopted a unique approach: 80% of the fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with 'bâtonnage', while the remaining 20% was fermented in French oak barrels. After this process, this delicious Arinto was aged in bottles for 30 months.

Quinta de Arcossó, located in Trás-os-Montes, is a wine project dedicated to artisanal wine production.
