Maçanita Pala Pinta Red
Discover Maçanita Pala Pinta Red, a jewel of Cima Corgo viticulture. Originally from Carlão, this wine comes from ancient vineyards, 110 to 130 years old, located between 580 and 720 meters above sea level, where schist and granite soils merge, resulting in a limited and highly concentrated production of 1100kg/ha.
Made with dedication and respect for traditions, Maçanita Pala Pinta Red is the result of manual harvesting and horse farming, followed by vinification that favors partial stemming and a long maceration of 40 days. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels gives it a balanced and refined maturation.
This wine has a luminous ruby violet color, opening into vibrant notes of fresh fruit complemented by delicate aromas of resin. In the mouth, it stands out for its great complexity, silky texture and captivating depth. Perfect to accompany rich and intense dishes, Maçanita Pala Pinta Red is an exceptional choice for special moments.
Mirabilis Red
Mirabilis Red is inspired by the line of the world's great wines, where textures, aromas, gravity and transparency are created. After the careful selection of the best plots and a manicured harvest, this lot comes into conflict with the origin of the raw material, putting the concept of terroir to the margins. It is an unrepeatable wine, not replicable year after year, with a heterogeneous composition of small quantities, a few liters from each of our best barrels, undergoing a long expert tasting until the final result. Mirabilis Red reflects the wine-growing years with greater depth of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, reflected in a dense wine, intense in aromas, three-dimensional, with enormous physical persistence, deep and very precise. A wine that goes beyond our understanding... and, calmly, approaches human maturity.
Chryseia Magnum Red
Chryseia was produced from the best grapes extracted from the two vineyards of the Douro Valley of Prats & Symington, Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz. Another property, Quinta da Vila Velha, which is privately owned by a member of the Symington family, has also contributed some of its finest grapes, as it has in all Chryseia harvests. It was aged in French oak barrels of 400 Liters for 15 months. The grapes were harvested in excellent condition, resulting in a very fine Chryseia. Contains Sulfites.
