Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2000 aged in the cellars of Epernay for eight years. Intense color and deep, with amber and copper notes. In the nose, it presents floral notes, which immediately give place to candied fruit, followed by the cardomon. A well structured and well balanced champagne. The initial firmness becomes more rounded and creamy with a subtle sweet note. Contains sulfites.
Ruinart Brut Magnum Rose
The color is a delicate pink garnet with slightly orange reflections. The nose is fresh and delicate, with aromas of exotic fruits (guava, lychee) and small red fruits (raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry). The notes of rose and pomegranate complete their complex and intense aromatic profile. Contains sulfites.

The strength of this golden-yellow wine is immediately pleasing to the nose while its complexity explodes on the palate. The initial fruit notes are followed by more discrete aromas of brioche and vanilla when the champagne is allowed to age in the bottle. Offers a perfect balance between elegance and force. Taittinger Prestige Brut Rose
Of intense and splendorous tonality. It has a very vivid pink coloration. The bubbles are thin and the foam is persistent. The aroma is ample and expressive, at the same time fresh and young. Exudes aromas of red fruits (wild raspberry, freshly crushed, cherry, and cassis). In the mouth, it emits a subtle balance between velvety and full bodied. The flavors resemble fresh and crisp red fruits. Four words arrive at the palate: alive, fruity, fresh, tasty; as only a large rose can offer. Contains sulfites.
Taittinger Brut Reserve White
Yellow golden straw color. The foam is discreet and persistent. In the nose, very expressive and open, it is at the same time fruity. It exudes aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla beans. The palate is lively, fresh and harmonious. Expresses flavors of fruits and honey. Contains sulfites.
Dinamite Blanc de Noirs Grande Reserva White
Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second bottle fermentation according to the traditional method. Aged for 48 months in the bottle. Pale copper color. Intense and complex aroma, dry fruits, bread yeast stand out in an austere set. On the palate the blister is fine and abundant with smooth and creamy foam. Reveals freshness and persistence at the end. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Calçada Reserva White
Coming from the best plots of this farm, the Alvarinho, Loureiro and Arinto grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, after static decanting, fermented in French oak barrels where it aged for 8 months. This Reserve edition has a citrus yellow color, with slight golden nuances. Elegant and persistent aroma, with notes of wood well integrated and combined with the minerality of the wine. Good volume in the mouth (creamy), with a crunchy acidity and a fresh and long finish. Contains sulfites.

Casa de Santar Curtimenta White
Unstemmed grapes and alcoholic fermentation at 20ºC. The wine was fermented with stalks, skins and seeds with excellent phenolic maturation. Minimum aging of 2 months in bottle. Straw yellow color. Intense aroma in tertiary notes with different intensity. Fresh, fruity, complex and with a long persistence. Contains sulfites.
Casa de Santar DOC Rose
The rosé at Casa de Santar is, perhaps, the realization of an old idea. There is even a curious story in which a French oenologist came to Santar one day to make his first experiments with rosé wine. This rosé was never sold, but it helped us to realize that if there is a place in Portugal to make a rosé with a Provencal accent, it could only be in the vineyards of Casa de Santar. Produced exclusively from Touriga Nacional, it is balance and finesse. It is a dry rosé, ideal to accompany sophisticated meals and that will not leave anyone indifferent. Contains sulfites.
