Rigorous selection of curls. Total destemming, followed by prefermentative maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and gentle daily manual reassembly. Long post-fermentation maceration. Aged in 500l oak barrels for 19 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by cold. Can create deposit. Very intense red color. Intense aroma with complexity and aromatic subtlety. Noteworthy are the wild berries, the red fruits with stone and floral aromas. Notes to coffee, chocolate and tobacco give even more elegance to the set. Wine with a balanced acidity that gives elegance and lightness. Fine and soft tannins well enveloped by the fruit make this wine with a persistent and greedy finish. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco is a regional red wine from Bairrada with the signature of winemaker Luís Pato. In the mouth stands out its acidity that together with its volume and texture give it a long and refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.

Pinkish color, with little intense red reflections. Elegant aroma, where red fruits stand out together with some vegetable aromas that give it greater freshness. Monólogo Arinto is a monocasta wine produced with grapes from the P24 plot of Quinta de Santa Teresa, using sustainable farming practices. This property is in conversion to organic production. It is a fresh wine with delicate aromas and good acidity. Citrine color with crystalline tones. It has white fruit aromas with a rich and complex palate. A long and pleasant ending. Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.

Soalheiro 9% White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Citrus and tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety with a balance of unusual acidity and sweetness.
