The harvested grapes were selected from the vineyard and then introduced into the vats with 40% destemmed and 60% whole bunches, allowing the extraction of color and aroma compounds more smoothly during 2 weeks of alcoholic fermentation entirely in stainless steel vats, having completed the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. After 12 months in a French Oak Balseiro preceded by a stage of more than 40 years of Cognac. Deep ruby colored wine, intense aroma, fresh super complex, somewhat closed, notes of red fruit, light jam, fine spice. Incredible cut in the mouth, polished, salty, vibrant. Contains sulfites.

Typical aromas of blackcurrant and rosemary with notes of fennel, whose fragrance is often carried by the breeze in the vineyards of Vesuvius. In the mouth, the wine provides rich black fruit flavors, opulent and silky, yet with substantial volume and powerful structure. Very polished tannins provide a long and luxurious aftertaste. In honor of the Founder, this Reserve is one of the largest Ports of Sandeman. Selected from the best 'lots' of each vintage and aged for 5 years. Full of power, fruit and fire that distinguishes the classic Porto, the Sandeman Porto Founder's Reserve is the culmination of two hundred years of experience. Intense ruby ??red color, bright and clean. Aromas rich in red fruits with a touch of age create an elegant reflection of powerful flavors, the fruit and the fire characteristic of the young Porto classic, balanced with the delicacy of age. The Founder's Reserve of this Port is produced by the traditional method of Port Wine. The grapes harvested are subjected to stem removal and crushing before fermentation, under temperature control, with maceration of the skin, in order to extract the best components. The addition of wine to alcohol at the ideal time establishes the balance between the body and the bouquet of wine. This moment is chosen by the oenologist after rigorous control of fermentation temperatures and densities, the second depends on the grape variety, the stage of maturation and the final sweetness required. QUINTA DO CÔTTO Vinha do Dote Red
Grapes from a vineyard called Vinha do Dote. All grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. After a complete destemming and light crushing, they moved to stainless steel vats where they fermented. Total aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels for 15 months. Vineyards with an average age of 90 years. It presents an intense ruby color, reserved aroma with great complexity. Some spice, vegetable notes and hidden ripe fruit. Present and expressive fruit, wild fruits. Good volume in the mouth, serious, ripe and textured tannins and with freshness to balance the set well. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Martha’s 20 Anos Tawny
Martha’s 20 Year Old Tawny Port is considered the “jewel of the family”, a greater port in all meanings. Aged for an average of 20 years in wooden casks, it has an intense amber tawny color and rich and extravagant nose of complex nutty aromas, with a well-balanced and elegant finish. Contains sulfites.
