The grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 20kg, with selection in the vineyard. The grapes were again selected on the carpet of choice, cooled to the entrance of the cellar and immediately pressed. The rest of the wine, about 3/5, fermented and staged only in stainless steel. Citrus yellow color, floral aroma with light toasted notes and perception of granite. In the mouth it is unctuous with citric notes and a lively acidity. Ends long and vibrant.
