Warre’s Vintage 1985 Ruby
Very, very dark. Sweet, spicy, licorice nose. Very broad start to taste and then dried fruits on the finish. Lots of firm tannins yet. Still relatively embryonic. Heat in the finish. Lovely spice in the finish. It's not Warre's most stereotypical style of wine. Powerful finish. Almost muscled with some fruit and wild flower flavors on the nose.

Quinta do Vallado Adelaide Vintage 2014 Ruby
60% mixed old vines (from a vine under control by Quinta do Vallado in the Torto River Valley) and 40% Touriga Nacional from Quinta do Vallado. The grapes (50% of them with stems) were fermented during 4 days in presses with footfoot periodic. The wine aged for 20 months in stainless steel tanks. Deep and strong nose, with intense aromas of dark fruits. full bodied with ripe and smooth tannins. Excellent structure and complexity, with very long finish. Contains sulfites.
Vinha de Reis Wine Note Red
Classic winemaking. Fermentation at controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 6 days with slight post-fermentation maceration. 13 months aging in French oak. It presents a deep red color, very elegant and fine aroma with notes of violet, blackberry and black plum. Slight nuances of spices combined with nutty expressions harmonize this wine in a captivating and original way. It reveals maturity, complexity, distinct velvet and refinement, expressing the strong character of a great Dão wine. Contains sulfites.

Flor do Tua Superior 17 Magnum Red
Transport in boxes of 20 kg, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks below 24ºC. Stage in French oak barrels where it remains for 8 months. Intense wine with 17 degrees, strong, balanced, with notes of red fruits. Tannins noble and present. A wine with a lot of presence, rich and that has a wraparound and long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Textura da Estrela Red
Textura da Estrela Red comes from 3 different vineyard plots, all of them in Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub-region). In 2018, it was a lot composed of Vinha Velha (35%), Touriga Nacional (30%), Jaen (20%) and Alfrocheiro (15%). Vineyards aged 25 to 60 years in granitic soils, treated sustainably and without herbicides, have been converting to organic certification since 2020. On the 25th and 26th of September, the grapes were hand-picked, which after fermenting in stainless steel vats with 35 % whole bunch, stayed in cuvaison for 30 days of. Aging for 15 months in used French oak barrels and vats. Naturally stabilized. Red wine with great refinement and great freshness. It has mineral and earthy character, light pepper and some red fruit. It shows velvety and textured tannins, very fine and slightly spicy from the stem. Gastronomic when ordering food and a dry and prolonged finish. It ages to an even more elegant profile. Contains sulfites.
