Aged in French oak barrels for 1 year. With an intense garnet color and ripe tannins, this wine is powerful and deeply fruity. The concentrated aromas of wild fruits and the subtle notes of wood, due to its aging, make this wine complex and rich. It is balanced, full-bodied, with a persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

The grapes are chilled and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and vats with regular buffering up to one month before bottling. Aging 6 months in new and used French oak barrels (30% of wine) and stainless steel vats (70%), with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated white wine, but very precisely in citrus fruit and notorious minerality. Contains Sulfites.
