The must was fermented in new barrels and aged in stainless steel vats for 5 months. It presents aromas and flavors of red fruit, spices and minerality. A rosé with an austere, full-bodied and elegant character. The almost sharp acidity balances the weight of the alcohol and sends it to the table. Contains sulfites.

In this house everything is done with the utmost respect for tradition, for ancient knowledge, respecting the vine, the grape and the wine. The result is gratifying, with genuine wines, with great character and purity. Although made with old procedures, Quinta das Bágeiras wines are not fashion wines, but they are always in fashion. Impreterable to know them. This wine was elaborated with wines from the Bical (20%) and Maria Gomes (80%) varieties. They were harvested by hand, soft pressing and spontaneous fermentation in a stainless steel tank. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta das Bágeiras Colheita White
The Quinta das Bágeiras white harvest wine comes from vineyards with little more than 15 years. It is vinified by an ancestral process, the wort being placed in small open decanters of 1m2 where it remains between 24 to 36 hours to make the decanting through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, the wort is tranferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments, with a temperature control made with cooled water drop. It is a wine that ferments only with indigenous yeasts, proper of the graoe, without any addition of enzymes or extra yeasts. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes harvested at the ideal time of maturation were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ° C. After the alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 3 months. Citrine yellow color, intense and complex aroma to fruits of white pulp, peel and citrus flower, dry vegetable, still presenting mineral nuances. It is distinguished by its fresh taste, balance, volume and excellent mouth aroma. Contains Sulfites.

The grapes after being harvested by hand are gently pressed in a vacuum press. After a slight decantation, the must fermented with native yeasts in a 650-liter hull and stainless steel tanks at below 16ºC. The 3B (Baga and Bical from an Atlantic region started by B ...) was born from the desire to create a traditional method, aromatic, refreshing, honest and elegant based on the native grapes of vines that respect the farming tradition of the region. Low pressure pressing of whole grapes. Separate fermentation in a stainless steel tank, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and without prolonged contact with the lees. All the grapes staged separately in stainless steel vats. Intense and complex aroma, in which the minerality predominates on the floral and citrine notes. Full and bulky in the mouth, with subtle acidity, it reveals the fruit in all its fullness, making it a unique quality set. Contains Sulfites.
