100% of this wine is aged in wood for 10 months, in 25% new wood. Fermented in conical stainless steel vats for 7 days, with temperature control, after which malolactic fermentation takes place. This Syrah wine reveals notes of fresh black plum with nuances of ripe blue fruit on a relatively intense palate, with a markedly mineral backbone in a set full of spices. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Aging for 12 months in new American and French oak half barrels. The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected at the hand picking table. After crushing, they are trodden in marble vats with the traditional foot treading. It is transferred to a stainless steel vat where the alcoholic fermentation ends. This is followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. A great aromatic concentration, highlighting mineral notes, spices and even some hints of dark chocolate and ripe fruit. It is a powerful, elegant and smooth red, with compact tannins and great final persistence. Contains sulfites.

As grapes are harvested during the fresh period of the dawn for small boxes of 25 kg, according to a judicious selection of melhores na vinha grapes. At the beginning of September the grapes were harvested manually for small boxes of 18kg. In the vineyard a careful selection was made according to the phenolic maturation stage of the grapes. At the arrival cellar the grapes were cooled to a skin maceration which was followed by pressing. The fermentation started in small stainless steel tanks, finishing in French oak barrels, followed by battonage and 4 month stage.
