Manual harvest, bunch by bunch, individually selected. Fermentation in a stone mill and treading of the masses lasting between 6 to 8 days. Malolactic fermentation and 16 months aging in French and American oak barrels. Ruby red in color with aromas of red fruit matching perfectly with the touch of barrel. In the mouth, the firm tannins and fruit stand out, complementing each other in a complex and elegant structure. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting in "field blend". Fermentation in a wooden vats with indigenous yeasts and subsequent maceration for 4 weeks. Aged in 1000L barrels for 2 years and 2 years in bottles. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Aging for 12 months in new American and French oak half barrels. The grapes are destemmed and carefully selected at the hand picking table. After crushing, they are trodden in marble vats with the traditional foot treading. It is transferred to a stainless steel vat where the alcoholic fermentation ends. This is followed by 12 days of post-fermentation maceration. A great aromatic concentration, highlighting mineral notes, spices and even some hints of dark chocolate and ripe fruit. It is a powerful, elegant and smooth red, with compact tannins and great final persistence. Contains sulfites.
