In the Estremoz region, in the heart of Alentejo, Tiago Cabaço .com Premium White was born, a wine that celebrates the wine richness of this land. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by a stage in the same material, ensuring the preservation of the grapes’ unique characteristics.
This wine benefits from a careful selection of grape varieties, both Portuguese and international, harvested at the exact ripeness. The proximity of the vineyards to the winery, combined with gentle pressing and fermentation at low temperatures, results in an exceptionally fresh and captivating wine.
With a lemon yellow color and a more fruity than floral profile, Tiago Cabaço .com Premium White stands out for its intense aromatic expression and freshness. Convés White
Mechanical harvest overnight. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC through a mass exchanger. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Citrus color with greenish hints. Aroma of tropical fruit, fresh and floral. In the mouth it is fruity, has good acidity and a refreshing finish. Contains sulfites.

Herdade de São Miguel Colheita Selecionada White
Manual harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentative maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats (50%) and in 400L barrels for 20 to 30 days. Aging for 50% for 4 months in French oak barrels. Citrus yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits and white flowers with notes of butter and coconut. Fresh attack, fine acidity and sharp body. Quite mineral and harmonious. Long finish. Contains Sulfites.
Herdade Paço do Conde White
From the vineyards of Herdade Paço do Conde located in an Alentejo microclimate ideal for white wines, the Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties create this citrus colored wine, with a ripe fruit aroma with notes of pear and peach. Balanced, fresh, fruity and sweet taste at the end. Contains sulfites.
Dom Martinho White
The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decanting and a 7-day “SURLIES” stage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, fermenting at low temperatures. The Wardrobe gives floral and citrus and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the set. This wine is very expressive in the vanilla aromas, it has an evident and elegant freshness. The balanced acidity of this wine gives it a unique freshness and balance. Ideal for elaborate fish dishes due to its creaminess and freshness. Contains sulfites.
